support with remote control which has been cracked inside. And the circuit boards in chair. Contact Ogawa Australia and they said "unfortunately we are not the supplier for this model and we have never sold this model in this market before. Therefore we do not have any spare part for this model."

It seems that no company is responsible for the customer service support of Ogawa in Australia.
