I had no idea a mattress could feel this good – OMG!!! I always wanted a "non toxic" mattress, and when the opportunity arose I jumped on it and went with Peace Lily. I did not expect how comfy it… Read more

would be!!!! It' like been on a cloud!! It supports you beautifully. The latex mattress was super easy to set up, it comes in a box with little wheels so you can roll it right to your bedroom, then just unroll it onto the bed as per instructions and done. I love it. I also got the crushed latex pillow. I'd wanted the full latex one again (I already had one and a Kapok one), but it was sold out and I didn't want to pay for freight twice. Turns out this one is perfect anyway, a mix of latex and fluff with that mid firm feel I was after. Just wish I'd bought 2 straight away! I've been happy with their pillows for a while now, and after over a month with the latex mattress, I LOVE IT!!!!! Good night!!!!!

My mattress was too firm, to the point it was causing both my husband and I pain when we slept. We tried a mattress topper from Emma Sleep and that… Read more

offered no relief (though buying and returning the topper during the trial period was a breeze). We also tried buying a new mattress from Origin, which was supposed to be "plush" and soft to sleep on, but it was as firm and uncomfortable as my current mattress (returning that wasn't as easy). The Peace Lily topper has finally provided us both some relief and a better night's sleep. We were sceptical about latex, as I'm a hot sleeper, but it hasn't heated up, even on hot summer nights, and it's added a lovely layer of softness to sink into. Only downside was how long it took to arrive (a few weeks from when I placed the order), but it was worth the wait. Customer service was also friendly and helpful - great to have a number to call and be able to speak to someone rather than send emails and wait days for responses, like with Origin.

I love this mattress! Finally i found what I was looking for to replace my old Ikea pocket spring mattress, that they don't make anymore. It's firm,… Read more

but not too firm. The outer quilt fabric is cotton, natural and most of all flat (without those horrible bumps/lumps you find in all mattress shops lately). I don't think the folds from the mattress being rolled have fully reconstituted yet, but it doesn't bother me as it's under the pillows. I resisted buying a mattress online for quite some time, as I wanted to see, it, feel it and try it and I was keen to support a local small shop, but after going to every possible mattress shop, trying and even buying one (which I didn't like at all) and finding only synthetic quilts with stitches that create lumps and textures, I gave up and tried Peacelily. I'm so happy I did.

I love a flat, smooth, firm surface and natural fabrics and materials! Thank you

A business that doesn't value walk-in customers – I recently visited Peace Lily Mattress Shop with the intention of purchasing a new mattress, but unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had… Read more

hoped for. Upon arriving, I was immediately informed that the store operates by appointment only. While I understand businesses can sometimes require appointments, I was disappointed that this wasn’t clearly mentioned anywhere on their website that walk-ins are not welcomed, making the visit feel a bit like an inconvenience.

The salesperson who greeted me was quick to rush me to hurry up since a booked customer was arriving soon, which created a sense of pressure and discomfort. It didn’t help that there was no other staff available to assist, leaving me feeling a bit stranded.

The atmosphere was uninviting, with no attempt made to make me feel welcome or appreciated as a potential customer. On top of that, the parking lot was mostly taken up by staff cars, making it difficult to find a spot. The condition of the store itself was another letdown - both inside and out, it felt very run-down. It was not the polished, clean, and inviting space I had anticipated.

As for the products, I was underwhelmed. A quick glance at the mattresses left me with the impression that the quality was much lower than what it looks online, which was another major disappointment.

Overall, I was left feeling disheartened by the experience. I understand businesses can have off days, but this visit did not inspire confidence in either the store or its products. Based on this visit, I would not recommend Peace Lily Mattress Shop, especially considering the lack of attention to customer comfort, the poor condition of the store, and the questionable quality of the merchandise.

balance of firmness and softness, and it provides just the right amount of support for my neck. I sleep so much better now and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, non-toxic pillow.
