Do not buy this product. The black coating comes off within months of installation. Warranty is only for 12 months. My house is only 18 months old, tap wear is already wrecked.

Not a good design – Do not buy. I just had to saw off the handle and drill holes for leverage to unscrew. The metals fused together and it needs a bespoke tool to remove handle (if it wasn’t fused). Age roughly 10-12 years.

across all of them. Going to ring phoenix and retailer Monday to see if there is a bad batch manufactured or at lease exchange the insides. They are a great looking and practical tap ware.

We bought this as part of a set of Phoenix tapware. Overall, we are happy with the fittings bought, but people need to be warned about this product.… Read more

It is designed to be removed and used as a hand shower. My expectation is that when the holder is moved, it should securely hold the shower head. That does not happen. If the handle is not placed at 90 degrees in the holder, there is a likelihood gravity will force it to fall. I contacted Phoenix. They told me to claim, I contacted the contractor. They put me onto the seller. The seller sent the same details to Phoenix I had sent earlier. Another person from Phoenix contacted me and requested a video. I set the video. I was told they checked it against the same model in their showroom and that it is normal behaviour. I asked, "why is there no warning". She passed the buck that it was the sellers job.

Very happy – Happy to report this shower saves water without noticeably reducing pressure and actually feels good on your skin. Would recommend this product to anyone looking to reduce their water usage.

fault. It now only lets a trickle of water come out for both hot and cold settings. we have other taps running of the same piping and these continue to work fine. I can only assume the valves in the tap are now somehow blocking the tap. The look of the tap - very streamlined and the good touch to the flick mixer Faulty after just under a year of being installed
