at big W for $69 and I purchased it on sale for $34.50. Food sticks to it and it burns everything I cook. The absolute worst frypan I have ever had. To say Im disappointed is an understatement. I feel totally ripped off.

Cheap Construction. Failed within 18 months – Nice aesthetics. Shoddy materials and construction. Flimsy, plastic 'fake wood look' lever mechanism which controls cap/steam whistle failed after only 18 months of use. I have submitted a warranty claim.

Bought a 32cm Raco frypan, dimpled bottom and food stuck from the very first time. It was washed and oiled before use but everything sticks, pancakes, eggs, etc. Have to use spray every time. Terrible quality.

Outstanding – I didn't believe in non-stick cake or bread tins until I bought these muffin tins. Now I at least believe that RACO make them. I've tried non-stick… Read more

cake tins for a few years and they just don't work - they aren't non-stick.

I regularly make small brioche - briochettes - and I've been using small pie tins for a long time. My partner suggested I try Texas muffin tins and I bought these 'cos they'd be easier to wash and I shouldn't have to grease and flour them - but I didn't expect them to work.

I tried them first with regular, plain briochettes and the little breads just popped out when I turned the tray upside down. Then a couple of day ago I tried cheese briochettes - a real challenge. Absolutely no problem. Very impressive. I might even try a cake tin for cheese cake and see if they can surprise me again.

I did need the oven around 10 Celsius cooler, by the way.

Raco Deco Toaster – Noticed the paint blistering in between the toast slots within a week. Contacted Raco , after much searching, only through their contact us , & asked… Read more

for an email so as to send them pictures. Advised that they only did a reply paid service which we were not keen on.

Sending a $80 toaster via unregistered postage is a bit of a concern.Emailed them to confirm receipt one week later as we had heard nothing. Later advised that their service department had examined & said that the round blisters were cuts , but they would refund out of "goodwill",

Extremely difficult to get service. Will not acknowledge faults with their production.Made you feel like they were doing us a favour, even though , we were doing them a favour by alerting them to a production defect so that they could improve their product.Ended up buying a $8 Homemaker which we haven't had an issue with It cooked toast Expensive , bad service, poor customer relations
