even though I bought firm mattress, this mattress is so comfortable that your feel as if your gliding. I absolutely love it

Easy to install and I love the power lift option that we chose- it makes changing my sheets and making my bed so easy! The bed is so solid it will outlive us but I love that I can order new outer skins if I ever want to change the look.

we received an email demanding a photograph of both our credit card and drivers license before they would proceed with delivery. We assumed it was a scam. Delivery window came and went. We contacted Sleeping Duck only to find that it was not a scam but part of an “internal procedure”. They had our money, knew who we are and where we live. There had been no mention of this ludicrous requirement at time of purchase. We had to comply or the order would be cancelled and money refunded. We had gone to a considerable effort to prepare for the bed’s delivery. We cancelled, money was refunded. We now have a lovely Koala bed. Delivered without any stress or breach of our privacy. Buyer beware.
