We have upgraded after 6 years of the base model and absolutely love the ultra 2 with the shade cloth. Perfect size for 3 kids and keeps them entertained for hours! We have a sloped backyard and it still seems very stable. Would recommend!

didn't quite appreciate the sheer size of it until our installer arrived - who, by the way, was absolutely brilliant with his communication and service from start to finish.
At first I wasn't sure we needed to go that big, but I'm so glad we did. Our daughter is going to love this for years to come - but if I'm being honest, it's not just for her. The moment I had a bounce, I felt like a kid again. There's something about a trampoline that just brings out pure, unfiltered joy - and this one delivers that in spades.
If you're on the fence about sizing, go bigger. Your kids will thank you, and so will your inner child.

They kids got this trampoline a 3 years ago and the quality was really good. Safety mat around the strings has started deteriorating due to weather and age but everything else is good

attached to it. It took quite awhile to assemble (like 7hours) so make sure you have a whole day available to set it up and make sure that you have a few people to help as that does make it easier. The frame is really sturdy and feels quite solid. Our 6 year old kid has loved it and thinks its the best play ground on earth!!

instructions though this is a robust unit and is heavy.The kids especially liked the enclosed raised cubby which the PRO has.Overall we would certainly recommend it.
Set it fantastic and the kids are so excited - very much higher than anticipated and a slight hiccup with the instructions that came in the box being the wrong size but was easily solved with the online instructions

long time. Great that the cubby set is mesh on the bottom so if it gets wet with rain or the sprinklers it dries quickly. Only downside is the colour black for the cubby set so it does get quite warm inside with doors closed on hot days. We have had a few issues with missing packages in the mail and missing items from the warehouse but the team has rectified it straight away and have been easy to communicate with in a timely manner/ including on the live chat over the weekend. Overall very happy with an excited toddler that wants to play on it all the time!
