the lifetime warranty by giving the reason that this isn't covered. Very disappointed after paying through the nose for what could've been a great product.

company in Australia I have ever come across. I am just about to put a complaint through consumers affairs. Run as fast as you can and do not buy anything from this company. I ordered replacement filters pack plus new tap and diskette. One of the filters came damaged and 1 of the filters was not sent. I contacted them on 30 of december to rectify this and follow it up 4 times. Sent all the pictures of the damaged item. I got reply last week saying i need to provide picture of the broken item which i did at the first place 6 weeks ago and sent it again. They saying they did not receive it. No mentioning about item which was never sent. Since today I cannot get them to rectify the issue. Please do not buy, they customer service is absolutely horrendous and you cannot get them to resolve the issue. This is not the first time I had issue with them. Previously I needed some technical issue advice and after months of completely ignoring my questions I gave up. I will be demanding full refund of my order which was over $ 700.

Fantastic water filter – We upgraded from the Waters Co Mineral BioPot, which only takes 1.5 litres, to this larger benchtop version, which takes 5.25 Ltrs. It is excellent.… Read more

The water tastes lovely, its really easy to use and clean, and it looks good too. Waters Co claim the filter removes almost all fluoride, and is the only brand of comparable filters I could find that did this.

Excellent, easy to use water filter – I was looking for a water filter that would filter out heavy metals etc. This company has some larger, more expensive water filters, but given I… Read more

wasn't familiar with the brand I settled on their smallest and cheapest one as a starting point.

While I haven't done my own tests to see how good the filtration is, the water tastes excellent. It took about an hour to soak the filters etc when setting up, but now that it's done, I won't have to do any serious changing for the next 2 years (there are three stages to the filtration) - you are also provided with all the filter components required to last you the two years... so no having to run out and order extra filters every few months.

Downside (if you can call it that) - the jug is only 1.9L. So if you drink a lot of water, you'll be refilling frequently. I will consider buying one of Water Co's larger filters in future, simply because I drink so much water to begin with!
