is black and it fits discretely into the background of our house. It does generate wind noise which is probably unavoidable with an air purifier. This is not a problem for us when sleeping but you wouldn't want it next to your TV when watching a movie. Does it work?, it is too early to tell how effectively it purifies the air. I also like its solid construction. It is light enough to carry but the good wheel base makes it easy to push it around the house.

smells at all. I have definitely slept better and deeper using this unit and notice the difference when opening the bedroom door to the rest of the house. Electricity consumption is way lower than an ordinary fan uses as the unit is actually designed to be on 24 hours per day but i use it mainly at night. It has 4 speeds and I use speed 2 for 1-2 hours before bed and for 8 hours on speed 1 and its very quiet, yes i recommend this purifier.

levels in a medium size room from approx 50 to zero in around 30 mins. If you leave it running levels stay at zero. Definitely sleep better and wake up more rested with it running. Shelley in Sales at InovaAir is wonderful and so helpful. I would recommend this company and their products to anyone.

have bought 50 years ago - all enamelled steel, accurately manufactured, assembled and finished, no plastic at all except the handle inserts and fan speed knob, a nice quiet fan with no vibrations etc.

Given this machine was under $600, it makes no sense to buy the other brands, given they are usually several hundred $ anyway and are all plastic, have smaller filters and will probably barely last past their warranty. The InovaAir machines look like they are designed to last for decades, not months.

Very happy with the E7, although admittedly it is early days and we haven't had a chance to see how it filters yet as air is extremely clean at the moment (we bought it mainly for the inevitable bushfire smoke in the future).
