Washes and cleans easily. One issue I'm finding is that the handle and the top of the airfryer get quiet warm. So you got to be cautious when handling. Secondly, the metal tray that sits in the bottom of the air fryer, it can be a little clumsy tipping things out if you were to cook things like hot chips. So I guess it's not suppose to be in there with all types of food. But overall, it's great. Love having it and would recommend.

It is great for water boiling so quite and quick. The only problem is the decal on top is wrinkled so a little hard to.see settings.

way around (+ should be on the right and - on the left). Used rotating basket only once. Once finished, you can’t open the basket until it cools down as the catch is hot, also very hard to clean. I don’t use the program modes as the only one that seem to be correct is the toast setting. I just set my times and temp manually.

The new grinder is greatly superior. It grinds the coffee the way I want it, it's fairly quiet and it's easy to use. I like I can measure out how much coffee I want it to grind and it seems well made.

a few weeks of normal use. On top of that, rust started forming at the bottom of the kettle, which is extremely concerning for something that holds boiling water. This raises serious questions about the quality and safety of the product. When I tried to return it to Kmart, I was told I had to go home and process everything online instead of being helped in the store. That was very frustrating, especially since I had already brought the faulty product with me. To make matters worse, when I contacted the supplier through their chatbot, I was told I needed to send them a video of the kettle malfunctioning. Asking customers to film a faulty electrical appliance that may be unsafe is unreasonable and potentially dangerous. At this point I still have the kettle and have not received a refund. Overall this has been a very disappointing experience — both with the product quality and the process of trying to resolve the issue. I would not recommend this kettle.

I have had no help in returning the kettle back to obtain a refund. Lennox, sent me 2 emails asking me to demonstrate the issue.

Not worth the stress they gave me, all I want is to return the kettle so I can get a refund. Clearly, they do not value their customers, and not adhering to a refund policy under the warranty. The kettle is only 2 months old.

UPDATE: MANY THANKS TO JOANNE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO ORGANISED A REPLACEMENT KETTLE, SHE'S THE ONLY PERSON THATS ACTUALLY DOING SOMETHING ABOUT CUSTOMERS' CONCERNS.

average. If you are looking for a quick roast this does a good job. I do chicken roasting n the skin turns crispy n meat is moist. But baking definitely a no in this oven. The heating element is on the top [ which is why roasting is good in this] making anything you bake burn on the top while the inside of the cake/bread is still uncooked. Even if you decide to cover the cake with an aluminum foil while baking, the baking time takes very long which defeats the purpose of an air fryer. Moreover, I found this product emits too much of "heat " when used for more than 15 mins. This at times gives me a headache while I am close to it.

Nice look, nice LED lighting in it. But it has one poor design flaw. When I press the button to open the lid, it flicks water strait onto the power switch. Very dangerous. So you have to put your hand over it to stop it from flicking open too quick. Show details

plug it in and leave it on, it will cost you AUD250 per year in electricity!!! I ended up using a timer with short times on - longer time off during the day only, cutting the cost to AUD35-40. We need it to dry our towels in the humid conditions we have here in summer.

Faulty – My dehydrated does not heat. I had it in for your days straight to dry thinly sliced oranges and it did nothing. I unscrewed the inner core to see that the electric coil does not warm up at all therefore all it does is circulate cold air. Show details

a year. I used it for pizzas, roasts, garlic bread, fish fingers; it was great for heating up nice crispy pies and sausage rolls! Then one day - despite all the lights being on and appearing to function as normal - it was just 'going through the motions'. Lights were on, but no heat whatsoever. I'll miss this little unit.

Update: ended up buying another unit exactly the same ... about 6 months in, so far, so good!

Lenoxx replaced the bowl, but when the coating peeled off again, warranty was up. Manufacturer's refused to replace or refund. The basket also rusted after one time in dishwasher. The machine is ok but the accessories are poor quality. Pressure cooker seal is sometimes erratic. Air fryer works ok. Generally cooks effectively
