and paid the $150 or so, and they gave us a loan mattress which was good. The problem is they said the sagging and the bump wasn't bad enough to make it a warranty issue, so too bad. Well, it is enough to hurt my hips and spine all night while I try to find a flat spot to sleep on, because this thing is a roller coaster. As it turns out, there are many 1-star reviews that make the exact same complaint. No, I am not imagining it, and yes it is a defect if it is happening to everybody. What is the point of organising for them to inspect it if they don't want to honour the warranty and only their opinion counts? That's not far or independent. The warranty is an illusion, you can't actually claim it in real life. I am so disappointed with BedsRus and the Helensvale Homeworld store and the manufacturer. Caesar judging Caesar! Stay well away from BedsRus and Swisstek. Find a reputable store and a reputable manufacturer. This mattress RRP was $5499.99 and it was discounted to $2499.00. That is a lot of money for a mattress this bad.

our sleep is disrupted.

The bed is supposed to come with temperature regulation but we regularly wake up sweaty and you can feel the heat from the mattress. I will often move to another room with a different mattress which never has this problem. We always have the air conditioning on at 19 degrees so the room feels cold at night.

It was a very expensive bed and I am disappointed with the quality of sleep. My wife finds it comfortable but we are now looking for a new mattress and will not buy Sleepyhead Sanctuary again.

, my wife is objectivly small the mattress wouldnt even support her ! We started to develop a sore back and neck after one year , thinking it was somthing we had done wrong we struggled on turning it around upside down sleeping in different positions different sides . Now realising that the product is just faulty . Such a dissapointment , waste of money . Our advice Do not purchase ! We all should be eligable for a refund .

When I get in the bed (I'm a size 12, and the only person sleeping in it) the middle sinks so much that I wake everyday with a headache. I have also spent hundreds on new pillows but it is not the pillows that are the problem. I contacted the comfort group who decided there was nothing wrong with it, despite the fact that they hadn't even physically viewed it. Then they advised they could do a factory assessment which involved opening it up and testing every spring, but if they decided there was nothing wrong with it , they would return it 'as is', which is ludicrous, as it would then be completely destroyed. I am now trying to get hold of their legal department. All I want is a refund or credit, but I'm prepared to continue to escalate until I receive a satisfactory resolution. Sleepyhead is meant to be an iconic NZ brand, hence why I purchased, I'm so disappointed.

haven’t had a response and although I didn’t expect anything to be done, I just wanted to let them know that I wasn’t happy with their product and make them aware of issues with this mattress. I feel that as the mattress is only seven months old it shouldn’t have started to sag. There are also hot spots which make me wake up thinking I’m on fire. Another problem is there are no handles! As this mattress should be turned regularly it is impossible for two seniors to try and move it without handles.
