it fails to deliver. When using the travel container the "on" button frequently, most often just doesn't work. You can faff forever and still nothing. The blender jug works fine, always turns on, not the point though at $320++ this is a chunk of change and it fails to deliver on its promise. 3 stars because only half the functionality works properly.

What a waste – Talk about planned obsolescence! Extremely common failure of a part and they just stop producing that part so you have to buy a new blender. What a waste! Definitely won't be a Sunbeam.

retailer was no help, stating it was not worth getting repaired , ‘just buy a new blender’. Won’t buy another Sunbeam product. Sunbeam very sorry otherwise of no help at all!

aged or infirm don't even think of buying this blender. There is also minimal lip of the jug so it drips when pouring. Hey you get the quality you pay for.
