constantly. Emailed and tried all the troubleshooting with no luck, sent off for repairs and it was returned with the same issues. Contacted them again and told to send it back to be told it was unfixable. Unfortunately by the time I contacted them the second time (which was within days of receiving it back) it was out of warranty so they wouldn’t replace (despite the problem occurring within the warranty period). Was offered a $169 replacement which I declined. Looking at reviews on Amazon - this is a common problem. The other watch was returned and I was told water damage despite never being used in water- the only thing I can think of is when the they washed their hands something to be mindful of.

The watch has been great, my son loves wearing it and being able to contact us to let us know when he’s at school. It’s great to be able to see where he is as well, app and location work great and so do the messages, highly recommend. Show details

I purchased two watches for my two daughters. They are accurate in locating on the map and convenient to call my kids. We tried another brand and found kidsoclock are more reliable. The downside is the price, which is quite expensive as a kids watch. Show details
