settings. Yes maybe, if they’re doll sized. For adult sized china settings, on the left side you can load saucers or you can load cups but not both unless you’re happy to split the row into half cups and half saucers. Definitely not 14 of each. On the right side glasses need to be fairly short because if they’re taller tumblers or wine glasses, they will tip over. So on the right side, again you can load either saucers or glassware but not both, and there’s a 3” aisle between the rows where you could load long handled utensils but nothing else. Just not a good use of space.

We loved our beko washing machine raved about it , so we thought we would have the same luck with this machine . I was sent a review after registering the product and no one contacted me .

I’ve purchased Beko products before and I found that there products were nice and sturdy. Unfortunately this one is not the same. I found it not to be quality. We have previously had a higher quality brand and thought that this would be an equal as it had a lot of the same features. It’s quite flimsy the drawers. I don’t think it wash cycles do a good job sometimes you have to wash them twice. I find that the screen on the front is not great not clear and the selection of the door opening is hardly worth it. If you’re going to spend that amount of money spend a couple hundred dollar more and go to a better product.

writing my grumpy honest review below.

This machine has been a disaster. We have had it now for 30 months. In that time we have had 4 warranty claims. Issues include the pump not draining the machine, twice now. The second shelf, where the water passes through the wall of the internal area into the spray arm to allow water to spray from it, leaked water terribly. I ended up putting my phone in a sealable bag with a light in another bag and turn the machine on to see what was happening inside. Discovered that the rubber seals that are supposed to stop the water from leaking out when it passes from the machine into the arm, the leaking water, therefore no pressure getting through to the arm therefore a very poor wash quality. I have just had another problem with it today and the lady pointed out. I have had four warranty claims. She said she needed to speak to her supervisor about what today… I suspect they may say you have maxed out your warranty claims. It’s not our fault you built and sold a piece of junk! Anyway, I discovered when we had the seal issue for the leaking water, that this current model has been removed from their product list. Can’t get spare parts or anything now. Probably because they realised they have built a dud I reckon.

replaced the 3rd dishwasher was the same none left to replace it with so after 3 months the new door arrived and was installed within a day or 2, the dishwasher cleans the dishes well and no probs with noise or cleaning. Biggest issue now is at least once a year a E01 code shows and i have to pull it out from under the bench tip it backward onto a 45 degree angle let the water drain all over the floor and then it fine for a few more months or a year. never in my life have i had to put the same dishwasher in and out of under the bench then this dishwasher. It will be going in the bin once renos are completed and being replaced by a asko im thinking

easy to read unlike my previous Beko which showed all the options in large print and included the time remaining. The manual said there will be a not pleasant smell for the first few washes. The smell didn't stop for 2 months

I need to add that my voted for ease of use considering how difficult it is to choose from the very small options should be a 1

experienced. As soon as a cycle is finished and door is opened I notice less steam and more water on the loading baskets than I recall with other brands in the past.

Some of the features described are missing, such as extra dry, auto door open and inside light. If they want to release models without these features then do so, instead of listing something that cannot be obtained. Also write a manual for each model. Right now its full of 'based on model', when this is the most advanced model you can buy. You have to spend half a day to decipher the manual and inspect the product to see what works, what doesn't work and how it works.

The App is good, because it does let you remote control unlike some other brands which just show status. However there are some short comings which can be easily fixed by software/firmware upgrade.

Firstly, In order to use the app you have to press the remote control button on the machine, after a long press turn on. However it looses the ability to remote control if you open and close the door. If they kept to stay on unless pressed off it would be a better user experience as it should stay in the state the user wants, like a light switch.

Secondly the delay end feature does not work at all, it starts the cycle regardless of end time. You also cannot choose next day times. Further more there should be a delay start time option as its easier to know when you want to the start rather than calculate the end of a cycle.

with dishwasher , fixed it and charged $155 (saying blockage somewhere) Same error message appears again less than 10 days after the technician visit Contacted Beko and said they could send another technician but will be my out of pocket expense again if this is no fault I said there gotta be a issue somewhere with your machine otherwise why would that happened at all (we empty the filter every time etc) Asked for a replacement and they won’t honour Asked for a free technician visit to find out the root of the issue and they won’t honour

First time buying beko dishwasher and would be the last. It cost $715 but do nothing better than my old one which is 10 year old and we don’t need to call for any troubleshooting
