reply to), they decided it was user's fault, a crack in the drum from a coin in the wash, I stated that surely the machines should cope with a coin as this is a unintentional but common thing, they told me the get 12-15 similar faults every couple of months but still wouldn't admit it a fault in machine, I have had many machines before and never had this issue, they said machines today are not has strong as they used to be, the 5 year warrenty they offer is not worth much, I will never buy their products again

drain - it has to be tilted at 90degrees manually! It has a relatively poor capacity in terms of loads and often the clothes come out wet and looking unwashed despite the few hours of washing time. In short, was a regrettable purchase. Will be purchasing another washing machine as this one wasn’t fit to wash anything!

40 min cycle taking over 2 1/2 hrsI. I’ve had the repair people out 4 times in the last 6 weeks, last time yesterday and I still have a machine that doesn’t work properly. They have changed the pump filter, front and side electric panels. Told pump filter was black and needed replacing, which shocked me to start with considering its age. Thank god it came with a 5 year warranty because it definitely needed it. As a household of 4, to be without a washing machine for a day or 2 is hard, let alone 6 weeks and who knows how much longer until this is sorted.

Calling tomorrow to get a refund and purchase a machine that actually works and lasts. So disappointed. Avoid buying this machine. I will update this review and let you know how I went with customer service and the outcome
