off. Tried to light the HWS on my 10P and no luck after hours of trying. Due to financial difficulties I have to a boil a kettle for a bath each day. Very disappointed especially when Bosch products are very highly rated.

Quite apprehensive from all the negative feedback on product review. Many of those reviews describe complaints that show they haven't read the manual. We really like the new unit it performs well produces stable temperature hot water. As the unit uses Hydropower to light the burner, ignition time is slightly longer. Plumbing to kitchen and shower is short so loss of water is minimal. We like our unit. With it's digital technology will give you an error code should there be a problem.
