flavours but this is like sour milk. Can be disguised with a sweet sports drink or probably cordial. As for HMB, I’m a fan but would probably prefer the tablets despite the additional cost. Please do not mix the powder into a Protein Shake. You will regret it for the rest of the day and the taste will never leave you. Mixing it with water and holding your nose is doable as long as you do it fast.

good one week. I take two tablets every morning as instructed on the bottle. Now I wake up and my fingers are what I consider normal! I was watching one of the current affair shows last week who were advertising this product. Purchased at Chemist Warehouse for about $30. Part of my morning routine now. No more painful or swollen fingers first thing in the morning.

tablets seemed perfect. Received the product from Chemist Warehouse only to find that the BIG PLASTIC CONTAINER is only 1/3 full. Do they think consumers are stupid?? I research mg, number of tablets etc. - would still have bought the product in a bottle 1/3 of the size. Unfortunately I not only care for my skin health, I also care for the environment!!! Won't be buying their product again due to the unnecessarily large plastic container. Good on them trying to pretend they're eco-friendly using 'wild ocean caught fish' - the plastic is gonna kill them soon anyway. Not happy !!!! Now read the few reviews above and don't even know WHERE the 'wild caught ocean fish' are from, probably doing me more harm than good!!!!

wouldn't contain unnecessary food dyes which have the potential to contribute to future serious health issues particularly if taken over long periods.
