Cooks superbly – I have a Chef Inox 26cm stainless steel frying pan which I love. Even cooking across the very heavy base, no hot spots, and therefore easy to clean.… Read more

Not as easy as non-stick, but not much different.

I find that any badly burnt, stuck on food polishes off after being sprinkled with bicarbonate of soda. I've been delighted with it for 4 years.

Excellent shape. The professional cooks' design spills less over the sides than pretty " " fashionable designer" pans. And costs half the price :)

These will last me for ever. Not like non stick, which wears out, can't be safely used over high heat, and cannot be recycled !(what a waste)

marinade washed straight off! Eggs and milk were easy as we'll. I admit I was very hesitant about using the large boiler on an open grill BBQ, but It cooked perfectly with the heat from the flames distributed evenly through the heavy base and the boiler was an easy wash as an extra bonus. Five stars for me!!!! An easy clean up!

should’ve just thrown in alfoil so you could shape your own. Made in PRC so didn’t expect much....it didn’t reach even these low expectations. Glass hanger itself is fine. 250mm only houses 3 glasses but that’s the limit of the shelving depth I have in situ. If you buy these, go past hardware for screws on the way home.
