Why have they discontinued this product – Why have they discontinued this product ... this was hands down the best and only clumping litter that actually worked properly. We have 3 cays, this was the ONLY litter that would keep the litter tray fresh and clean. Show details

1yo, perfectly healthy, indoor cat!!

The product was applied and within 24hrs my cat reacted to the treatment. I noticed a very large chunk of fur missing from his tail. It's now been 2days and he is still losing fur around his tummy, groin and inside of his legs where he is constantly licking at the site causing more discomfort.

I have also noticed his urine to be very cloudy and when investigating the cause of this, it appears that its a possible UTI.

All of these symptoms are in line with another person who has posted here stating the exact same reactions as my cat to theirs after using this product.

I am so very upset I didn't read the reviews before applying the treatment as my cat was perfectly fine and healthy and I go to extreme lengths to ensure his health and safety at all times. Now I will need to find funds to take him to the vet as recommended by your 'customer service team' I spoke with on the 1800 number provided as well as, any treatment cost to get my cat healthy again.

The whole experience has been very unpleasant firstly with the product and again with the appalling service I received over the phone. I'm wondering how this company is able to get away with poisoning our pets yet taking no accountability leaving the emotional and financial stress up to the consumer???

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!

Not for my dog who loves chewing – Recently, we have a new addition to the family, a small poodle mix from a dog rescue, who is almost one year old. He is very active and chewing… Read more

through great many things in the short few weeks since he came. For his comfort, we initially gave him a Ezydog harness. However, despite it is properly (not loosely) fitted, he managed to get his fangs on the strap and almost chewed through it. Therefore, we kept him on a collar.

Again, for his comfort, we wanted to get a thicker, more comfortable collar and found this product. However, as soon as we removed it from the packaging, we noticed the design is almost like a normal belt where the end sticks out without any keeper to keep it in place. This I imagine will immediately become a toy for my dog trying to bite at it. I have too much imagination. I hope my dog won't be able to pull on it and end up choking himself. So this design is unsuitable for my dog and that is the only reason I am giving it an OK rating. If your dog doesn't bite, this might be an excellent collar.

For us, this is a real shame because it does look comfortable because of the soft neoprene layer, and appears to be well made and sturdy (although I wonder how long the neoprene would last). It comes with metal buckles, and is reflective. We ended up exchanging to the Purina Total Care Everyday Dog Collar instead for only $2 less.

Purina ultra tough beds - rip off – Spent over $200 on a dog bed as wanted something durable for 2 dogs. Have had many beds over the years and used many Purina products. Was sold the… Read more

bed based on petshop recommendation as being the toughest bed they had. Been happy with it and went to buy a new cover as was getting a bit worn and smelly after 12mths with 2 dogs. The store said they don’t make them! So I contacted Purina and got a very blatant email stating they don’t make covers for any of their beds and they can’t assist me any further. way to loose a customer. Why would you not sell replacement covers? It’s not like it’s a throw away bed at that price. Very disappointed in the brand and its lack of customer service.

have been sicking up this stuff all over the house. I have been feeding them regular Felix, Salmon, Tuna and Mackerel in Jelly for over ten years with no problem. Purina are obviously creating mixtures to use up excess stock on the cheap. I have had to throw away six boxes of this stuff having missed the Amazon return date. I had exactly the same problem with the Meat Selection in Jelly, having to throw away another six boxes.

Toxic do Not use!!! Bought and used this product for the first time. Have a 30kg American staff, 1 tube on back of sick as directed. 4 hours later,… Read more

lethargic, not herself then had a seizure!! Rushed her to vet, had scans and bloods all came back normal to rule out anything else, vet said this was due to the treatment as an ingredient in these products can end up toxic to animals and can cause seizures even death. Luckily she is alive and doing OK atm after being sent home with some anti seizures meds. Do not use these cheap nasty products despite being approved for sale it means jack trash its not a once off there are so many animals being poisoned by this trash. So do not worm or flea trat your animals unless you actually know they need it!!!
