Breakfast Pack Firstly the paint peeled off the lid of my kettle, was replaced under warranty but still concerned it will do this again in the not too distant future. Now the toaster has stopped working this is the shortest lifetime of ANY toaster I have every owned by at least 5 times, previous lasted over 10 years and about 1/4 of the price. Every time I try to toast something to blows the house protection circuit. Lucky for me it still has 6 days under warranty but it does not give me any confidence in the quality of the product or lack of more to the point. Update - They advised they are replacing the Toaster as a One OFF goodwill, I blew them up, asked about the goodwill nonsense, since the toaster was still under warranty when the complaint was raised. Also told them to read up on Statutory warranties, provided them the PDF from ACCC. I advised them that this toaster was dangerous and could catch fire... I have attached a video of this piece of trash blowing my house fuse, the light that was on and goes out is on the same house circuit, this video I had to provide their garbage "DIAMOND Customer service team", should be dirt customer service team, a very long way off from being a Diamond.
