received. I have sent two emails to customer service enquiring about what was happening. No response. I am now in the process of doing a chargeback on my credit card due to item not received and no response from Antler. Very poor and unprofessional customer service.

weight. Mine has been used for 3 years and over 20 flights so far. They are still in good condition despite some dust which can easily be wiped off.

The shell of the clifton is ok and zips work. However, the castor wheels are garbage on mine the wheels disintegrated with less than 6 flights with short walks to rental car lots. The wheels are very thin and do not have bearings. Show details
