were better for me as I already consumed several liquids for breakfast in the form of a shake , Prebiotics and probiotics and I found that I then needed a fluid tablet to rid me of some of the fluids. Adding another product in liquid form added to my preparation time in the morning as well as the dislike of the strong taste . I will continue to use the powder now that the tablets have been deleted but it is not the best scenario.

Today at the chemist I thought I'd try one more thing before submitting to a Dr. I tried Ethical Nutrients Gastro Relief. I took 2 straight away. By the time I returned to the office (10 mins) my stomach felt different already! Better. The gastro symptoms disappeared - instantly. By very late afternoon they kinda felt like they were potentially coming back, but the actual symptoms didn't, so when I got home from work I took 2 more... symptoms gone. Just like that. If I read this I would be skeptical - but I experienced it for myself and it happened. That quickly. Why don't they advertise this stuff so people know about it! It's brilliant.

can hardly drink it. From what I have read their magnesium is not much different. It has Stevia but does not show on the container, Chemist Warehouse refused to refund once open. You don't know this until you open & try. I eventually contacted Ethical Nutrients who made the refund.
