The extended hours of the live phone based support was invaluable as I would often study in the evening. They go out of their way to help you and point you in the right direction. And, similarly, email messages between myself and admin/trainers/assessors were always answered on time and relevantly.

If you know you can complete this course within the time limit that you have chosen, I highly recommend it – It is very competitively priced for a 12 month online Certificate III and the structure was clear and concise and the support invaluable. Obviously, if you don't complete within the time frame, you can buy extra time - and just before your time is up, they offer you an extended time for a special price. Easier than expected – So much easier than I anticipated with such great trainers. Would highly recommend to anyone! I studied the White Card component as a precursor to my Owner Builder qualification. The delivery of content was a great way to learn. It's great to have face to face delivery from home.
