Received faulty compression socks. Customer service make the returns process as tiresome and inconvenient as possible. Initially I would have been happy with a replacement but now I just want my money back and to never have to deal with them again.

This experience has completely broken my trust in 2XU. I will never purchase from them online again, and I strongly caution others to think twice before ordering. A reputable brand should value customer trust, not waste time and create frustration with such poor service.
Within 3 months the stitching has come all undone and when I tried to get a replacement they no longer have the gold and told me I had spend anther $70 for the same pants in black I just want them replaced I got them due to medical conditions and they are meant to be medical grade low quality product don’t waste your money Show details

Terrible quality, and terrible service – Product is super cheap although being over priced. Pants feel apart and started to fray almost immediately. When I tried to look into exchanging them or even getting my money back was like pulling needles out of a haystack. regular occurrence and needs to be looked at by the relevant regulatory body in Australia. I would not recommend this online shop because support seems insufficient and inadequate and they failed to deliver in their promise of a 15% welcome discount.
Appauling customer service, I'm still out of pocket $150 with no product – Purchased a pair of compression tights at the Gold Coast store in June 2022. I actually can't believe a brand can be this bad, especially at this price point. You still owe me $ or replacement tights 2XU!

Excellent tights for my run – Yes they are expensive but not by much if you compare to other big brand names infact some are way over the top. doesn't like to run in any other leggings. My muscles feel supported, i feel much less tired after the run and recovery is definitely better. I think it comes from the fact muscles don't oscilate as much and i have soft knees so having that extra support to muscles has helped my knees. Definitely recommend these. My husband also run in them and our experience is very similar. Just ordered another set today and also trying a compression top soon as well.
Strong Good – I have been using 2xu for over a decade now and I like this brand. It is a bit expensive, but I enjoy their clothing. So far I had t-shirts, jackets, thighs and shorts.

** Update ** Finally managed to send the items back, two parcels. One was refunded the other is "missing". 2xu is by far the worst for returns when ordering online. No number to contact anyone (retail staff can't talk to humans verbally). Their head office has a message "this is a comercial line, for customer service email xxx". Terrible experience. Won't use again. Next stop, NSW Fair Trading.

Non-existent customer service – I received an incomplete order, one item of three was missing. I contacted 2XU four times over the course of a month - no response. There’s no way to call the company - appalling. I wish I had read the other reviews prior to purchasing. Will never purchase from 2XU again.
Tights are see through - can’t wear them out of the house – The store service was fine. But the products themselves were not good quality ie. if you are buying these for their intended purpose ie. compression, then they need to be tight. realised the product recommended to me should have been Force Compression.
I then emailed 2XU detailing this and the individual who replied suggested I explain this in person in the store where I purchased them (1 hour away by car) even though they also said I would not be entitled to a refund or an exchange. I replied stating what benefit would revisiting the store provide, the individual responded simply with offers of sizing etc. My reply to this has been unanswered.
I will be going back to Skins.

tried to go through the online returns and it wouldn’t accept it as it was out of the 30 days policy. A bit difficult as the product was bought in November for Xmas. So then I went back to them to ask what could be done. And gave them the alternative tights name that would be a great swap. it was cheaper by $40.00. They refused to take my tights back and told me a different product was also not doable. So buyer beware if the product is not what you wanted you are stuck. I have always loved the product from 2xu. But will not be buying anything online. This must be against the online trading rules. Products should be able to be returned if not suitable. Really unprofessional for a big company!
Poor quality – I purchased a 2XU running cap from one of their partner stores. After less than 10 washes (no tumble drying), the material on the front visor has come apart. The 'service' department was less than helpful. Guess whose product I will not be buying in the future! Show details

Aspire Mens Track Pants – Do not buy from 2XU. They do not support their product. I had problems with these track pants after one wash and took them back to the shop for exchange only to be told not our problem. Deceitful Advertising and poor customer service – I ordered some socks and was sucked in with the 10% off first order when you become a member. After not getting a code automatically to enter to get discount I contacted via email twice to ask how to get the code to get the discount to no avail. Don't order online - impossible to contact if any issues – Item missing with only option to contact them being email. They do not respond to emails (have sent 3 so far over a period of 3 weeks).

Terrible customer service. Product never arrived. No refund – I do not recommend dealing with this company online. I purchased two products online that never arrived and customer service was unresponsive. I received no refund. Their chat is not operational and they have no phone numbers they can be contacted on.

when I asked the employee why I should have to drive 2 hours to fix their product failure, her response was that if I waited until more arrives, the manufacturing warranty could have expired!! I decided to return the tights for a different pair - which again had stitching fail within 46 DAYS!! I am appalled. When I emailed 2XU I got an email telling me to submit a form with details and images and evidence and send the tights back to them - like I'm not busy!! - and all this at my expense (plus its "recommended" that I purchase insurance on my parcel as they take no responsibility for lost postage). Additionally, the customer service person was flippant and unapologetic. I was "handled" and she couldn't have cared less. I will be returning the 2nd pair once the shops reopen and getting a refund. They are the WORST tights I have ever bought and I will stick with the other brands I trust. 2XU lacks quality for the price tag and should be avoided.
Could do with better heat pressing – I have bought multiple leggings/compression tights from 2XU. Their online store is neatly sorted and easy to find what you want. of problem with low denier, hence they could be see through if you are wearing the wrong size. They have fixed that with their new stock and that is no longer a problem.
