Very user friendly website – I've traded on several sites in the past few years and this one is the most user friendly. They also have a good selection of stocks that I couldn't find anywhere else yet. Overall I highly recommend !!

I was disappointed BUT – I was disappointed to discover that you need to fill out so many forms in order to withdraw money. I got my money in the end but it was a bit of a hassle.

Very secure website – Finally a website with customer service that answers the phone in Australian trading hours. I have great experienced with 500investments and it;s very secure website. I would like to recommend them to others.

Scammers – Do not touch - invested £1,250 but when wanted to take money out, would not allow. Wanted access to my account to return and was warned by SEC against this.

told one of these people to F*++ off, the guy then threatened to KILL him, saying “I know who you are & I’m going to come & kill you!”. He threatened this twice. My husband told them to call back when I was home, as I am more tech savvy with things & today they did. I spoke to someone who told me that now this investment had over $4000 in it & the company was closing. He asked if I had a coin spot account & i said i did. He asked me to get on to my computer. I asked why he said it was easier. Once I loaded up my computer he then told me I need to get a particular thing on it, can’t remember what it was. I asked what that was for & he said so he can get into my pc, remotely. I refused & said no I wouldn’t be doing that. He told me “good luck with that” & asked if he could give me some information about it all & I told him to email it all to my husband. AVOID THIS COMPANY unless you want to lose your money & be bombarded forever, with phone calls & death threats.

Scam beware – Invested in this company after many late phone calls. Then when I asked for an update I was not given much information. They then ignored my emails and phone calls. Single mum 4 children, working and studying to improve financial situation. Not happy, gutted! Lesson learnt!

Bad Experience here – Everything looked fine until I needed to get some money out of my invested funds. They became unavailable and wouldn't reply to my continuous requests. Total SCAM - we lost over $50k – My wife lost over $50k AUD to 500Investments in a few months. Its a total scam - they will suck all the money they can out of you, but never payout.

Do not trust them, they are all scammers as well - ask them how they manage to do this and they will respond asking for your personal details. I have forgiven myself to be so naive to believe they were a legit company, without doing my due diligence well enough and I now want to prevent other people to fall victim to them.
