Great service – I have been into this store multiple times. Today was for a flat tyre. It was a Sunday and they were busy as I expected. I was pleased to see the store well staffed. Poor Customer Service – Poor Customer Service. Received message to collect my item 3 times and when I went to the store, they cannot find it. After third attempt, I received my item (Child Seat) and after reaching home realized about missing part. 5% price beat guarantee for gold member but when I called them to match the price after making payment, they have so many excuses like 1. This store is an online store, which is not an online store (I send them an address of store) 2. They do not have a stock, so we cannot match the price, when I called that store they said they have it in stock 3. Your bike is not built from that store, so we cannot match the price but when I called the store, they said you would get 80% built bike. 4. You need to pay for the delivery, which is $150, when I called the store they said $70, which is still cheaper than 99 Bikes total price. The Bike I purchase at first time was faulty and even mechanic said you will face the issue ongoing because it is cheaper bike, which is $485. First service is free but no date available for this week and next month at all. They charge me $50 for cleaning fee to return the bike but invoice said I purchased gift card. I request for the correct copy of an invoice, which they cannot provide.

Knowledge – I visited your store needing advise on the type of bike carrier I should purchase for my bike. Georgia had great knowledge of the various products and recommended one suitable for me.
