high price for a small order – I am not aware that the cornice moulding was available through a retailer... if so why do they not let the customer know? That they have minimum 'set up costs' is understandable, but they are rather expensive. Opinion – If your dealing with trades people a lot of the time trades people find sending emails from site an inconvenience. If someone calls and says I need this profile in x amount of lengths and this profile in x amount of lengths that's a pretty simple order to me. to mention after me doing this my order wasn't processed at the time and i had to call back a few days later to find out what happened and someone else had processed it.

Unless its a complicated expensive door or something out of the ordinary to do this for simple orders is a pain.

Website pics wrong, now 6 weeks and still do not have product. Dud – Ordered 2x5.4 mouldings from interstate..given it was a small order it took 3 weeks, only to get product not as pictured. Wanted to charge $350 to freight to Adelaide for something 2.7mx9cmx9cm weighing 15kg. Used my carrier...$180. Wrong product arrived, agreed to correct. "Shipped" on the 14th April, now it is 24th and it still in Melb freight company. CoVID excuse worn out....Now 5 weeks since original order made. Show details

Product is good match to existing , thanks – Some skirting was damaged on delivery ,but able to be used in shorter areas , but otherwise all un damaged with neat Finnish.
