buttons stopped working. Couldn't load credits or return to main menu. To me it was a simple software issue and I contacted the company to let them sort out what shoud be an easy fix considering the high level of sales they continually post and brag on about. Several emails later and videos sent of the issue i am having they simply keep replying that they are working on the issue and will have it sorted the very same week that they respond to the email. One week leads into another with the same responce again, and same as the week before, nothing happens. Even at one time asking me to find my own technician to repaire the issue without even having the correct parts to replace. One time an actual technician came and couldn't fix the issue due to not having the correct parts and not even being able to understand what the problem could be. He was texting with the company while here and said that they are sorting it out and to expect it to be fixed with a week or 2, that was more than 2 months ago. To top it off, they dont even know what the technician has done and keep asking me to contact the technician for parts and questions for them. This problem has been happening since August last year and it is now going mid way through March. Still using the same excuse and still no closer to any resolve. Absolutely gutted with there after sales service, and on there warranty it even says that if the problem cant be fixed, they will replace the item with a new one if it falls in the warranty period. I have asked for a replacement but they keep asking me to bare with them while they try and sort it out. Please dont waste your money in a company such like this one. They are only interested in sales and maketing themselves with football players to lead you to believe in them to be something that they are not. Shop around and read reviews posted on other sites bar there own ones.

Table was ordered and delivered quickly. John came out to install. He was friendly, experienced and did a great job. Table looks good and plays well.

apparently was 2 weeks away at purchase. Installers apparently had a medical emergency after they’re meant to be onsite installing, and then a week later the stock is apparently damaged and needs redistribution from overseas. Have been waiting for more than a month again since that last update and yet they continue to sell them online as available. I’m told it’s still 4 weeks away, so 3-4 months from purchase. Have been promised partial refunds which they won’t confirm in writing and which I still haven’t received in more than 6 weeks - just complete liars. A man and his cave are a complete joke. They’re untrustworthy and offer an exceptionally poor service. Use anyone other than them!

8 weeks on and still awaiting for a delivery. Have requested a refund. NO RESPONSE. would recommend to shop around for a more reputable company.

Zero isn't available. Poor customer service, multiple deliveries or no delivery at all, predict still doesn't work. DON'T PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE. They don't care and will take your money and move on. Purchased a kegerator, which has never worked.

Bought a Pool Table 3rd August was supposed to be delivered between 7-10 days - Still nothing: No reply to my email. Not a great purchase, hopefully it will arrive ! $273.00 Delivery, maybe going around the globe? Who knows - I don't: I cant rate the product as I do not have it!

the games were , free dart board and free cigar box took weeks to arrive only after multiple compaints to them they werent delivered, first problem was they were shipped without hdd so games were useless at that point , this was emailed 16/ december, and took a couple of weeks to receive parts to make them work , the next problem that arose in the arcade game not selecting games , emails as follows on the dates of 17/12 ,23/12 emailed no instructions supplied for all 3 games we purchased, 2/ jan still waiting on cigar box with no responce , 18/6 emailed with problems of arcade game not working again on 23 june , 2 july , 9 july , 18th july ,27 july , 28 july , 30 july , 30 july again , and again , 31 july , 1 august, 5th august and today at the 13 the august with no responce , they have tried to fix a small pc board over a period of around 2 months with weekly emails from myself as i have shown asking whats going on and now they are not responding , this is what would be classed as major failure under ACCC considering the game doesn nothing yet they dont want to supply a replacement unit and keep blaming there supplier is trying , these guys are the importer so its there problem , i am since left with a $4000 arcade game that is completely useless , these guys would honesly be the worst company i have ever dealt with from the initial sale right though to delivery and trying to have a problem resolved is impossible , i am now at the point of posting my bad experience on multiple online reveiw sites so other customers dont waste money on this dodgy and unethical business, it is dissapointing companies like this operate in australia .
