Hot Wheels cars are fun and colourful, with lots of variety to choose from. They roll smoothly and are great for quick play sessions. However, some models feel a bit flimsy, and the paint chips easily after a while. Overall, they’re decent for the price but not the most durable toys out there.

out the volume before buying it.I was told I had to buy it first.I was assured of a refund if the volume is still not as I expected.After I paid for it the shop assistant unpacked it carefully.While still at the counter I tried the ear phones.Still very low volume.I was refused my refund .The reading being I have used it fir 10 seconds.When I repeated what I had been told.That was not commented on.I have since then received a refund at another Mr Toys store.I am happy to travel to another Mr Toys.Never again to Browns Plains.Don’t believe what the staff tell you before they take your money

Christmas order not ‘picked’ by staff and not sent promptly to arrive in time for Christmas – I understand that this is a busy time of year but don’t advertise on your site that dispatch takes 2-3 days and postage 3-10 and that if customers order by 5th December they will receive guaranteed Christmas delivery if this is not the case at all. delays so they can make an informed decision to go elsewhere if necessary to best guarantee Christmas delivery. Don’t send this to your customers 4 days after placing an order.

On contacting the store, 4 days after ordering the Online Manager advised that my items had yet to be ‘picked’ by staff off the shelf but she would give them a ‘little friendly nudge’ but in saying that, they needed another 3 business days time to get my order picked. So it’s also entirely possible that the items I purchased are by now sold out! This store apparently requires a full 7 business days to get items off the shelf and then they will arrange postage - postage late next week will not arrive in time for Christmas. Such a disappointing experience.

I also made other orders with Toyworld who in comparison dispatched the order swiftly that day and had the parcels in transit the next business day. I should have saved myself the hassle of saving a whole $10 and ordered elsewhere as it would have been in transit by now and due to arrive in time for Christmas. The children will be disappointed in Santa’s ‘missing gifts’ what I am waiting on is my son’s presents from Santa, he will be the one to miss out but see his sisters open gifts on Christmas morning. I will from now on avoid Mr Toys Toyworld due to unreliability and misinformation and purchase only from Toyworld in future.

Indooroopilly The best store – I cannot recommended the Guys at the Indooroopilly store enough, Corey for going above and beyond Jordan and Megan for actually listening not trying to fake the answer, Being honest keeping the kids entertained whilst Corey gave the information regarding the product. its not the closest one to me. On an other note you need to do some training with the teams at Riverlink and Mt Gravatt, Stop personal conversation when clients walk in, Eye contact A Morning Guys it's not hard pretty much the basics don't be answering the phone when half way through a transaction, leaving me to stretch over and take my item. How about excusing yourself, Asking is it ok if i put you on hold am currently with a client, Then finishing the transaction, Thank you, handing the item along with letting you know theres your receipt. Thank you goes along way in the present climate. purchase a toy, I placed my purchase on the counter paid and was met at the door and asked to search my bag which I had no problem, I said that I didn’t like being treated like a criminal and came to purchase toys she replied by saying “you are acting like a criminal” which I was totally shocked at. So I went over to the chermside store, whole are the best store ever they know my children and myself as I regularly buy toys from the store, they never follow me around even though I spend anywhere up to an hour in the store looking at all the toys, they are always very friendly and helpful and make us feel very welcome and never tell my son he can not try any of the toys so 10 stars for chermside and 0 for aspley

I was really impressed with how well-organized everything was. The staff were friendly and helped me find exactly what I needed without any hassle. There’s such a great range of toys for all ages, and the prices were reasonable too. Definitely a fun place to shop, especially if you’re buying gifts for kids.

2 weeks to dispatch, $16 for "handling" and delivery, won't arrive before we go away. What a waste. They're slow and unreliable, list items as in stock but don't have them, or can't get them out the door. If you need it reliably, can't recommend unfortunately.

I placed an order on 30/11 and it has only been shipped out today 10/12. In 2025 if you request a signature on delivery overriding my personal delivery preferences and I have to drive to the post office and stand in line for 5 years like a pleb to pick up a $10 toy that's a one star rating.

Unable to collect – Selected to have someone else to pick up the order, put in there full name. On collection they were not able to collect the items as they said it had to be the person who made the purchase. In stock means nothing – Orderd Christmas present for children...the one item they requested it was listed as in stock. Enquired as it hadn't arrived told they couldn't source it even though they originally stated it was in stock Email stating this was in trash and I missed it.Very disappointed as now I'm out of time to get it for Christmas. you not contact the customer if there was an issue. They since gave me fake tracking which shows it's in transit but if you go to the courier website the tracking info doesn't exist. Now I've asked for a refund and no getting a response.

one will reply they just sent order has been shipped. They have just return emailed to say that if i have read the fine print i would know that 1-3 days doesnt actually mean 1-3 days so its my fault and they have followed policy.
