Customer service is poor! – The tutor did not turn up for three lessons and the company kept charging fees. Very bad communication from the tutor COULD NOT EVEN INFORM US FEW HOURS BEFORE. The company REFUSED TO REFUND THE HOURS. What A RIPE OFF!!!!!

that has made a lot of difference - especially in English where neither of them has any interest whatsoever. I was a bit hesitant at first because they seem very focused on the attitude rather than the actual coursework at first and I didn't want to pay for time spent doing "woo" but really, their approach is unlike anything any other teacher or tutor has tried and the change was literally after the first hour of tutoring. We've seen improvements in both boys grades in English and even the grade eight's history assignment got a B+ (utterly unheard of in this house). Really happy, very much looking forward to seeing their results as 2020 goes back to normal. Only flaw was that the initial sign up process took a little longer than I would have liked (getting a tutor organised etc) but I suspect this was more about dealing with Covid-19 than anything else. Office girls are nice.
