As with any complex project, there are bound to be issues and things that we have missed during the design phase, but it’s how the builder and the team deal with these unexpected issues that matter most. We have had no major issues arise. There were a couple of things that have been missed but all were quickly rectified as soon as it was discovered by Mr. David. Mr. Janabi was also very helpful with his practical advice and ideas.

Whilst we mostly communicate with the our site supervisor Mr.David during the construction process but we had the opportunity to meet many of the electricians and other tradesmen onsite. What struck us most was the wonderful team spirit amongst the tradesmen in AAA rapidhomes. In all our discussions, the tradesmen were all friendly and polite.

From what we have experienced , the building quality and attention to detail have been excellent., the most enjoyable and stress free one. Even after handover if any minor works, David would be very keen to attend.We would recommend AAA Rapid homes to everyone… and thanks David for being our site supervisor.

To be able to build your new dream home that meets all your expectations you need a good supervisor and we were blessed to have David as our supervisor. There have been many instances where David has gone above and beyond. No builder in Sydney will answer your queries after 05:30PM. But in our case there were many instances where we had some urgent issue, we have contacted our supervisor after work hours and David has not only replied our messages but also taken the necessary steps the very next day. A big thank you to our supervisor.

Honestly, from start to finish the build was done on time and within our budget. Our home is beautiful, and we constantly receive compliments and inquiries from people. They want to know who build our home. We are very impressed with Saiyaz (the Director of AAA Rapid Homes) for his loyalty and very kind nature. No builder in Sydney will allow something to be done in your house from the word of mouth, the builders will always follow you plan and tender no matter what. Whereas, with Saiyaz we got several items delivered on the basis of word of mouth. For that I really thank and respect the Director from the bottom of my heart.
