I have been told they don't want to know, they don't care (despite the product still being under the manufactured warranty) and walked off.

I was picking up missing parts after warranty repair as per their letter at Able power. The Able Power in Bentley services person who who denied my warranty service previously has lied about his name last time and refused to provide his name this time ,yet claiming again, he is the manager when I asked for one. However I can provide his photo (as he was walking off) for anyone who wishes to follow up and finalise my generator issues. After driving (for the fifth time) 100km one way to pick up battery holder (which they "forgot"? to put back after warranty repair) this man told me , he does not have them and he does not care whatsoever about my problems and walked away....

Hence now I consider the items stolen.

I purchased a 1000 litre diesel pod tank for $3500.00. The item was sold with a description of a flow meter and retractable hose. a new retractable wheel. This pod is housed in a remote location. It is not my job to travel the numerous times to pull apart, pinpoint and repair specific parts that have failed. Christian was also rude to my staff and myself blaming my business structure and decision to leave the pod in a remote location for his failed product. I will NEVER purchase anything from ABLE again.

there was a problem with the starter motor on a generator less than a year old. This was replaced, however, they failed to return the battery holding rods. We emailed about this, and were told to come pick them up. When we went today, the manager refused to acknowledge the email, refused to give the rods back, and kicked us out of the store. This is bad management and accounts to theft of property as he refused to return parts of the generator to us that we have paid foe.

Not only did they address the issue , but Bradley sent me out a courtesy filter pack for the first service. Sometimes issues happen. It's how a company responds that reflects their. Calibre. Busted generator. Busted customer service – Generator arrived with a broken fuel gauge and it leaks diesel in a major way. It's not only broken, it's unsafe for use, or to be even sitting in the garage as diesel fuel flows freely from it, even with the flow valve turned off. Able Sales have so far refused to fix it or replace the item. Their customer service is zero.

me) to have understated the qualities and features of their products. In particular the IN25G which exceeded advertised features and came with extras not fully mentioned. I ordered from ABle and the genny arived inside two working days. It was well boxed (box worth keeping as off use dust proofing). I have posted a seperate and very long (sorry) review on the generator. I have no hesitation in recommending Able Sales and the IN25G. Great value and works way better than expected.

2.5KVA Generator Inverter – The 3KVA Genset on our boat died and to replace it is in excess of $20,000 I spoke to them and explained what I required and not ever brought a portable generator before we had a no BS conversation, I ended up buying a IN25G which did the job perfectly. I thoroughly recommend anybody looking to buy a generator to make contact with them. I would like to thank Able Sales for their help, my family and I had a perfect weekend on the water

Able in Bently. Battery was not secured causing safety hazard and I was blamed for it as it was my responsibility to make sure the unit is safe before transport . Now I have to pick up the missing rods and fix it myself.

I have bought the 6Kw unit back to able in Bently 2x and been send back home without even looking at the unit despite of my diagnoses. ( Which were proven right) After the unit failed all together.

Only after 3rd trip they took the unit in and repaired.

My total cost for one simple repair 1/ 3x 200km to their factory and back with the unit. 2/ 3x halve a day wasted by disconecting loading and same in reverse . 3/ 1x 200km trip to pick up parts they forgot to install back while repairing it. 4/ On final fail loosing 500+kg of meat and my 80 years old mother suffering in 40⁰C heat.

No offer for even a voucher, nor appoogies, all we got just excuses and blame.

Thats just in a nutshel . My suggestion check other webside with their review as the same pattern appears on many reviews .

Certainly we will not buy ever anything from Able again.

Mainly because of the service and attitude.

Really bad customer service Had to order parts for my compactor, told them model number sent photos and measurements and the sent wrong parts then rudely said it was my fault for not giving enough details and said I would have to send parts back at my cost and sent the wrong parts 3 times. Never received the right parts all at my cost and had to go but them elsewhere.

the salesman that i work fifo so this unit needed to be easy to use for the wife. No problem he said this units great with battery start and pull start, no maintenance required.

Do i need to start it every so often or charge the battery? No its set and forget.

12 month later we have a storm and my wofe at home needs to get it going. Battery dead. Neighbour comes over and makes sure it has fresh fuel, drains the lines etc but nothing will get it to go. I call able for some support. The sales guy just wanted to plaicait me with no viable solutions. Said we cant help as its a maintenance issue, you haven't maintained your unit, we sold you a perfectly working system. You should have bought a diesel model if you dont use it very often. I explained i had wanted to but was directed to this unit. Oh that wouldnt have happened the salesguy you had is the owner.

You need to clean the carby out. Like sure ill ring my wife and let her know to do that. I was told that i was the one getting myself worked up, were just here trying to help.

Just p*ss poor service tbh.

My poor judgement i should have bought a HONDA.

Poor post sale customer service attitude – After sale service was a real treat, wouldn't let me finish my sentences, spoke over us, put us on hold without saying a word. 487hrs alternator failed. Sent replacement at our cost, way too big for the unit, had to make extensive modifications to make it work. ABLE care factor zero. Will never buy from them again. Direct or via reseller. The best inverter generator I ever bought – I Bought Able IN22G which is 2.2kW and has a parallel function. Fired up exactly as described. We are currently running a fridge and freezer a couple of lights and the internet router. Humming along nicely. For the price I paid, it's a good deal! We'll definitely be buying another unit to parallel. I would definitely recommend this inverter generator from Able, lower price than big brands but the quality isn't compromised.

freighted back and smtgey said nothing was wrong they didn't change anything and sent it back. We think they were lieing, we rang to ask more and was hung up on By one of the managers The next issues was the perspex fuel bulb cracked I assume from vibration of the machine as this is only thing we can think of. The latest issues is it is revving high and cutting out again. Now been 12 months old they do not want to talk to us at all. Avoid able sales at all costs their product is not good.

Reliable genset and helpful team – I have had a very good experience with the Able Sales team. The project I was engaged with was not easy, it required a good technical assistance. Not a reliable generator when need to back up solar system, would give no rating if possible – Purchased 7 kva Able generator, at 28 hours the generator would not work, had to truck it back to Brisbane to be fixed all under warranty we to pay freight to Brisbane from Goulburn and back again. They had it for 3 weeks to fix in that time they had run it for about 50 hours, when it arrived home there was 78 hours on it, it now has 124 hours… Read more

on it and will not start. This generator is supposed to work in conjunction when solar power battery's get to 25% it has never worked. Had a solar power electrician look at it he said it was a power board fault on the generator Able said there was nothing wrong with it. My advice is if you want a generator to buy one from someone that has mobile local service.

Top value 6.5 kva generator – Bought a 6.5 kva generator a few months ago to top up my off grid solar when needed. My solar system has had a lot of trouble with old batteries since then and Ive run the generator every day for months and it has run like a dream. I picked it up instore and the young man who served me was very professional, friendly, and helpful. Thanks Able sales. I'll definitely be back.

entering after blaming us for rain getting inside the fuel cap. Advertised for external use yet they have told us it cant be left outside?? Absolute rubbish item. Can not warn people off these products enough.
