Sent me the completely wrong part I ordered & will not send the correct one until I have sent them photos of the wrong one ready to post back & then they will send the correct part. I needed this quickly & now it will be weeks before I get it. Reviews I read for Klika were so positive that I wasn’t worried at all buying from them but now I will never shop here again.

I ordered a camper trailer cover and inadvertently paid twice via paypal without realising. Tthe next morning I received a call from Kerry at Klicka to double check if I actually intended to order 2 covers. After confirming only one was needed , Kerry quickly arranged a refund on the 2nd order which was received back in my account that afternoon. Awesome customer service. Also delivery only took 2 days.

could organise to send the whole trunk back and they’d replace it. They would not just send me the parts, despite them having another chest in stock. It would be quite a big hassle for me to organise to send the parts I do have back as I live rurally. Do not buy from them

Very bad service, I put an order for bear for Christmas cost me $1000, I should receive it after 4 days, but I didn’t receive it till after 7 days, Finally I receive the wrong item, they sent me a Christmas tree for $200 I sent them a message with photo on eBay that’s I received the wrong item, They reply to me that’s good you item has been delivered, I called them all they said ah sorry Wednesday Very bad to deal with them

Brought a Pronti oven from Klika in Sept and after 7 weeks it started to click on and off and had to turn it off and wait 10 minutes to switch back on & after a while, the same thing kept on happening. the unit worked ok for a day then the unit turned off and clicked on a couple of times & then worked for a while & stopped again. Sent off emails to customer service and after no response I contacted PayPal and lodged a dispute. Got a message from Klika to ring and they told me they hadn't received any emails from my email address and requested I resend them and they would act. I told her about the problem and she replied she couldn't help as they refer the problems to the warehouse. This sounds very much like the handball merry-go-round and hope you will get frustrated and go away.

I purchased a white Land Rover for my grand daughter & she just loves it so much. I like the fact it came with a free car cover to which is great during storage. Purchased was easy & delivery was quick. Am about to order a 2nd ride on for my grandson.

Log splitter - was as advertised, was delivered within the time frame specified and works well. No complaints from me. I was offered a $10 voucher to write a review but they didn't ask for any specific outcome and I'll never use the voucher anyway.

BEWARE – I purchased a set of adjustable dumbbells from this company, and they arrived faulty. What followed was a nightmare: it took around 15 phone calls just to get a replacement sent. team repeatedly fobbed me off with false promises (thankfully I’ve recorded them), and when I finally escalated to the MD, [Name Removed], he told me to “[Content Removed]” before hanging up the phone.

I’m now lodging a formal complaint with the ACCC and will be instructing my bank to retrieve the funds obtained through deception.

Shameful company. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent buying experience. I rocked up to their warehouse, had a very helpful guy help me load my purchase and of I went. Delivery was fast and Tuckeroo marquee is made from good quality materials. Wheels on the bag containing the marquee would have been a bonus as it is very heavy to carry. I found the instructions poor and had difficulty erecting the structure initially. Show details

I purchased one Laura Hill double sided blanket 800gsm green, very nice blanket. This is my second one. I found it quite easy to navigate Klika's site. They do have a lot of products on their site

DO NOT TRUST this company. I purchased their Sarantino 3-Seater Corner Sofa Bed Storage Chaise Couch Faux Leather Black - online on MyDeal and paid $ 914.50 including shipping. and lifts are available in the building. The driver advised he could only bring the product to the mail box interlock of the building and they do not have insurance to bring the product in the lift. The driver said that I will have to organize myself to take the product to the apartment. The product is extremely heavy and I do not have a suitable trolley to transport the product. This information was not mentioned anywhere on their web site. If this information was available I wouldn't have made this purchase. When I asked for a refund the company advised that they will refund the cost of the product minus shipping cost x 2 as they are required to ship the product back to the warehouse. I made the purchase due to the false advertising of the company. The customer service is so unhelpful and rude. I had to lodge a complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria and VCAT to get a refund.

I purchased the Klika 2 seater sofa bed in linen brown. Delivery was within the week. I love the product and it looks good too. I will be using it as an extra bed for occasional visitors. days after I ordered Klika sent a email advising of a price drop for that sofa bed. I advised them that I thought that was a bit of a slap in the face and they immediately offered me a store voucher or refund of the difference. Now that is customer service.

I purchased two Solar Powered Electric Fence Energisers. I found that it would not charge via solar, only via 240V GPO. Advice from Klika was to return the unit for repair at my expense (Freight and repair cost), or charge the unit via 240V power outlet (Not really why you purchase a solar powered unit). I did submit a "Complaint Form" to the Dept of Commerce, Consumer Protection. They contacted Klika, and recommended Klika repair or replace the unit, but Klika refused. The Dept of Commerce advised me while they can recommend Klika repair/replace the unit, but cannot enforce the repair/replacement.

Just wanted to say how disappointed I was with the service. I ordered a Marquee and then I received a note a week later from the courier saying they couldnt deliver it because it was too heavy and Id have to drive across town to pick it up. I ordered a Laura Hill heated throw rug, the service and price were very good. The quality of the rug is very good, it has a very soft and cosy fleece outer. As you get older you feel the cold more, so this is good to put over your lap with your partner in the lounge or even traveling. I would certainly recommend buying one.

Purchased a Cielo Console Table, which unfortunately arrived with a defect and a damage, they were were helpful in resolving the problem and sending out 2 replacement parts, biggest problem they chose to ship the parts on Aramax which soured my estimation of them. Show details

Ordered a gift for my child's birthday and when I went to check the tracking a week or so later it showed the order had been cancelled. I had not received any correspondence from them informing me so I don't know why but assume it is because I live in the NT so delivery is more expensive. It left me scrabbling to order a replacement gift which will hopefully arrive on time.

Delivery is late but Good quality product – The product is good. Though there's bit of a delay with the delivery and lack of tracking of product, the product arrived intact and well.
