Sofa Bed/Couch Broke

No problems with Website or store, however item purchased-Olivia 3-seater
sofa Bed-broke after 2nd time sitting on it. As I live in Tasmania returning item too hard-50% refund was given. Not much choice but to accept partial refund, cut my losses and move on. Show details

Worst experience iv ever had with a buisness

Absolutely shocking brought a 18 tonn log splitter got lost in transit paid for home delivery was told I had to go to wagga to pick it up drove 2 hours to wagga to be told it was at a depot in young called went back to young to get it and the box was all smashed up sent emails and photos and called to get a refund of $360 witch they said I would get waited 3 days to be told they’ll give me $200 back after they agreed I’d get reimburse the full amount of $360 yet still havnt received a cent back!! Definitely poor businessmanship!! I won’t be pointing anyone to klika for anything… the people are rude and rip you off don’t waste your money

We purchased the Power Train Air Resistance exercise bike. The store was very easy to navigate, and i am 67 so that was great. Product range is awesome. Waste of time

Terrible customer service and product was severely damaged! It took over 2wks to get here and it’s broken! I’ve sent it back within 2days but they have only now just sent it! I’m still waiting! I bought a log splitter worth $1000 I will not use klika again and I will be spreading the treatment klika gave me…..absolutely disgusting service! Show details

I needed heavy duty ramps ASAP and Klika came through

I purchased an excavator from an auction in Adelaide. I'm in country South Australia. I had to collect my new excavator within 7 days. To do this I needed heavy duty ramps to load the excavator onto my trailer. I researched a lot of ramps and the ramps I found at Klika were exactly what I needed. The price was very reasonable. I made the purchase hoping I would have them delivered within my 7 day deadline. I was very impressed when the ramps arrived in country South Australia in 5 days. The ramps are light and strong. I can lift them on and off the trailer easily. They stayed in place while the excavator was loaded and unloaded. Best of all they look fantastic. I would definitely recommend them. Show details

Well after purchasing a cross trainer from Woolworths Every Day Market order with product supplied by Klika- order date of purchase 13/12/2023. I received this cross trainer on 16/11/2023 and assembled it on the same day - get to putting the last part in place and find there is a chunk of soldering iron blocking the tube where the arm gets inserted- notified Woollies that same day by phone, told to email fault to them with photos - I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve contacted Woolworths via email - often having to duplicate photos and info provided - got in contact again last night to be told yet again that your customer service standard reply is 3-5 working days - my last correspondence was before Christmas. Oh yes, you did send a replacement part back 16/12/2023 - after writing and sending photos of the side that is faulty numerous times in my emails and I still get stuffed around as the replacement part sent was for the wrong side!!! I have so many emails concerning this and I have wasted so much time chasing this up, it’s beyond ridiculous and I’m more than over it and just want the problem solved NOW!
