and very courteous. The quote was within our budget. After the final measurements were done by the Accent installers we were advised of the date of delivery and installation. The delivery of the doors and the installers all arrived at the allocated time. Reza, Saj & Mahdi Atai along with Ghasen did a wonderful job and cleaned up afterwards. It was a day of 36 degree heat which made working out doors extremely difficult, we thought they may have had to reschedule the installation however they worked through the day until the job was completed. I would highly recommend Accent Windows and doors to any one looking for service, quality and value.

father and son team that did the initial installation; really good tradesmen, clean, orderly, polite and very neat. \ After the initial installation of an inside soundproof window, the result was not as expected and I did not fell very happy with it. I contacted Vakil and expressed my concern; his response was very encouraging when he said: “We at Accent Windows like to see our customers fully satisfied with our products and service therefore I’ll be more than happy to come and see you once again hoping to find a satisfactory solution “. True to his words, the solution was found and implemented. A big thank you to you Vakil for the excellent, caring and dedicated service and also a thank you to the overall Accent team. Good Job – I bought a big Aluminium sliding door from Accent Aluminium recently, but I got it installed by a carpenter after he built a new wall in my house. but today Accent Aluminium's technicians came around and they removed the sliding panel, made a lot of adjustments and the door lock problem is fixed now hopefully for good. The technicians' name were Michael and Naser. I thought they did a great good job rectifying the problem after these adjustments. It was quite obvious they knew their job well. So happy- our door actually works – Ibrahim and Nawrooz replaced a very old sliding door and window for us. Every time we used the old door it fell out. They have done a fantastic job, communicated well, and were efficient in installing the new door and window. We are so happy with how it looks and its functionality. Good Job – The team did a fantastic job of installing 9 our of the 10 windows. We had a issue with the kitchen window which they did try and fix but needs to have a new replacement window, no problem they would get a replacement window organized as soon as possible. New Windows look great

Windows installed , damage to external blinds - no ownershiop – "I am not sure if i would recommend or not, i believe they have a very good product and i am happy with the quality of the 3 double glazed windows. I decided to just get the blind installers back to fix, as didnt trust that i would get good resolution. secondly not overly happy with the windor trims put back, while i knew i would have to paint them as advised at quote, i didnt think i would have to putty up all the nail holes and sand, also the new trims dont cover the same area so i have to repaint the wall. and lastly the finger prints and dirt on the windows and trims took ages to clean, i would of thought they would of left the windows clean and looking nice, no attempt to clean up."

Very Happy Customer – I had my wood windows removed and a aluminium sliding door and cat door installed in my family room. The installers who came ‘The Atai family’, did a fantastic job. They were polite, efficient and cleaned up any mess that there was. They answered any questions I had. I couldn’t fault their work. Accent replaced all my wooden windows and a sliding door – Accent did a wonderful job, and I love my 10 new windows and sliding door with security door. They let in much more light than the thick wooden frames I had, and I do not have to do any more painting maintenance.
