Great service. Express garage doors responded very fast and send a technician within 2 hours (even though it was a long weekend holiday) after I reported my damaged garage door. Nico did a good job and it is running smoothly .
The service by the company was impeccable the technician was congenial and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use Express Garage Doors for the future up keep and maintenance of my Garage door.

Great experience from the first call to the repair. Had Al the technician over to replace a new motor opener to our old garage door. Service was great and Al was very helpful. Explained the process and our options, also the price was reasonable. Would highly recommend!
Incredible experience from an excellent company. Called on Saturday morning and had our garage door fixed the same day. Very friendly experienced technician came out and fitted a brand new garage door opening unit. Prices were excellent and we could not be happier with the product. Garage door busted up at 1pm on a Sunday, couldn't fix it as wire snapped and door was jammed. Call up and by 5pm door was fixed. Amazingly fast and great value. Definitely saving there number.

He did advise the old remotes would work with the new motor but then after installing the motor couldn’t pair the old remotes and the new motor. Appointment was for 11am, however the tech arrived at 1:15pm…besides that, he got the door going fairly quick. The dent in the door is still fairly profound after works completed.
Roy is a very professional. He and his brother work well to replaced a pair of cables quickly. They are reliable and capable technicians. I am highly recommended to let Roy and his workmate to fix the problem of your garage door. Show reply

Charged over $2000 for a max $1000 job replacing 2 springs and servicing. Springs were charged at $550 per but materials are nowhere near that price. Lubricated with WD40, which is a degreaser NOT a lubricant and not recommended by most garage door repair professionals. Never quoted anything or told us terms & conditions until presented with invoice. Charged us ridiculous fee for weekend attendance plus service & installation. Massively overpriced and take advantage of people who are desperate and don't know better. My dad contacted them about their conduct, they refused any responsibility, have now reported them for their dodgy practices. Stay away.
‘Tom the chosen’ Had a great experience with Express Garage Doors. Tom worked quickly and efficiently, despite the heat, changing the motor, springs, wires and giving it a full service. He was upfront about pricing. Happy to have a functioning door again

After paying $850 for the first visit the door was broken again after 3 days. The same service man came and wanted to replace the motor instead of fixing the bent rails that were jamming the wheels. the mistakes of the first service man. That was the third visit in less than two weeks. The photo shows what my roller door looked like after three visits. I called Grove Roller Doors and the were there the next morning, fixed all of the mistakes made by Express Garage Doors and it only cost $220. A vastly different response and prices. I'll never be recommending Express Garage Doors to anyone.

It has now been 9 months since installation, and my motor is already dead. The torsion spring brand was never clearly disclosed, so I have no way of verifying whether a proper or high-quality product was actually installed.
I also never received a receipt or detailed documentation for the work, which makes the whole situation even more concerning.
On top of that, they asked for access to my Google account during the job and pushed me to leave a 5-star review on the spot. This felt like emotional pressure and was highly unprofessional.
At this point, I cannot tell whether the issue is due to poor installation, incorrect spring tension, or low-quality parts. I will be getting another company to inspect the system and confirm.
I will update this review again if the problem is confirmed.
Overall, very poor transparency, questionable workmanship, and unprofessional conduct. I would not recommend.

roller couple weeks ago on one of the doors and rang them 3 times and even sent images to the installer and basically refuse to come out to rectify or even call back. They're after sale assistance is not acceptable and would not recommend them. Not sure they would cover their works under the warranty period.

emails over a 2 week period requesting a resolution to the fact the technician did not fix my garage door and they have not responded to those emails to date. The technician said there were other issues in play so I got another company to call out and they fixed it straight away at less cost and those so called other issues were incorrect!
Follow-up · Hi, no I didn't get a refund, and they didn't respond to 3 emails I sent, and when I called them, I was told the manager would call me back the next day, which never happened. The new issue was that the door would only lift halfway up after the tech visited and played with the door. The new service by AGG doors and gates was cheaper, and they got the door to fully open again.

allowing it to reach top or bottom. I had to chase him out to his vehicle to reclaim my remote door key when he left. Once he was gone, the door wouldn’t go either up or down. It has been three weeks since I contacted both the technician and the phone number provided on the website. Apparently no one is accountable or contactable. $275 for less than nothing.
Follow-up · I paid by cash for this service and received a receipt via email. Dissatisfied with the service, I contacted the technician by text who has never followed through on his promise of a partial refund. I also contacted the business by phone but could only speak with a ‘message person’ who told me someone would contact me but to date, that has not happened. Would certainly not recommend this business. In fact I would warn against them.

She booked a garage door service for 5:00 pm, but the technician did not arrive until around 9:00 pm. After keeping her waiting for four hours, he spent only approximately 15 minutes at the property before rushing off. She was quoted $200 for the service and paid the invoice in full. Only after payment was she told that GST had not been included and that she needed to pay more. Changing the agreed price after payment is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. My sister was also told that the work came with a 12-month warranty. She relied on that information. Just 106 days later, the garage door has failed due to what appears to be poor workmanship. When she contacted the company, she was suddenly told the warranty was only 90 days and that they would not assist. The combination of arriving hours late, carrying out what appeared to be a rushed 15-minute service, changing the agreed price after payment, and then refusing to stand behind the work is simply unacceptable. As someone who has seen the frustration and inconvenience this has caused my sister, I cannot recommend this company. Amazing service. Saturday and one cable broke and our garage doors tilted on an angle. Called express garage doors and it all got fixed on the spot. Ethan did a fantastic job and also alerted us to the fact, that our springs were not strong enough for our heavy custom aluca-bond door, which was the reason why the cable failed after only 2 years. My Garage door just stopped working. Its a Saturday so i called express garage doors. Within 45 minutes if that , they had a door technician out . He explained the problem and replaced the motor and serviced the garage door. I googled the price just to make sure it was correct for what he did. Yes it was. Yes I would recommend this company

Was impressed with his communication - from letting me know he was on his way, to working in a cramped area, to letting me know the cost of everything before proceeding and giving me some tips to look for in regards to garage door for future, plus is workmanship.
