roller couple weeks ago on one of the doors and rang them 3 times and even sent images to the installer and basically refuse to come out to rectify or even call back. They're after sale assistance is not acceptable and would not recommend them. Not sure they would cover their works under the warranty period.

emails over a 2 week period requesting a resolution to the fact the technician did not fix my garage door and they have not responded to those emails to date. The technician said there were other issues in play so I got another company to call out and they fixed it straight away at less cost and those so called other issues were incorrect!

Got home today after a day out to find the garage door won’t open. Quick search on the web and found Express Garage Doors Within 30 minutes of speaking with a lovely customer service person Sam the technician was here assessed what needed to be done and got it done in quick time Highly recommended and we are extremely happy with the service provided

Great service. From the communication before the job and then successfully fixing our door. Challenging job as I’d tried a little DIY and only made it worse. Very happy.

The only business I contacted on a Saturday morning advising an emergency repair service that actually responded to my call and helped me. I rang seven others before this repairer. The first one ghosted me and the rest of them didn’t even pick up the phone despite advertising 24 seven emergency repairs. Very grateful for their responsiveness and fair and reasonable price to fix my garage door.

Very poor experience. The technician was rude and unqualified. My door worked fine but was beeping. His only solution was to replace the box (for $770) because he said he's "not an electrician" do he didn't know what could be wrong with it. He wouldn't wait until we could replicate the issue to see if it was a problem with the box and said I had to just make a decision to either replace it or not. I didn't want to spend 770 on a new box when we couldn't confirm if that was the problem. I was then charged $66 for the callout fee because I didn't go ahead with the changeover - so be aware of that if you see their ad that claims they have "no callout fee".

She booked a garage door service for 5:00 pm, but the technician did not arrive until around 9:00 pm. After keeping her waiting for four hours, he spent only approximately 15 minutes at the property before rushing off. She was quoted $200 for the service and paid the invoice in full. Only after payment was she told that GST had not been included and that she needed to pay more. Changing the agreed price after payment is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. My sister was also told that the work came with a 12-month warranty. She relied on that information. Just 106 days later, the garage door has failed due to what appears to be poor workmanship. When she contacted the company, she was suddenly told the warranty was only 90 days and that they would not assist. The combination of arriving hours late, carrying out what appeared to be a rushed 15-minute service, changing the agreed price after payment, and then refusing to stand behind the work is simply unacceptable. As someone who has seen the frustration and inconvenience this has caused my sister, I cannot recommend this company. At the time of the service, I was clearly told that the work was covered by a 12-month warranty. I relied on that information. Now, only 106 days later, my garage door has failed due to what appears to be poor workmanship. When I contacted the company, I was told the warranty was only 90 days and that they would not assist.

Being told one thing at the time of service and something completely different when a problem arises is unacceptable. If the warranty was only 90 days, that should have been made clear from the beginning. Instead, I was left with a faulty garage door, no support, and an expensive problem to fix.

Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing experience. Late arrival, a rushed 15-minute service, changing the agreed price after payment, conflicting information about the warranty, and poor after-sales service demonstrate a lack of professionalism and customer care.

Over the coming days, I intend to share this review across other review platforms so that other consumers are aware of my experience and can make an informed decision before choosing this company.

Called for service and minor repairs. Arrived next day at booked time. They explained process and repairs. Only downside was the cleanup afterwards. Was finding metal strands from the cut cables all over the garage floor.

single roller garage door. I negotiated a better price and they so called did a service which did absolutely nothing as it's still playing up.. Do yourself a favour & shop around!

Prompt call back from online enquiry, the repair guy arrived on time and job done in little over an hour.. replaced springs and cable as well as overall inspection and service. price paid is what I expected. Very friendly and professional all round- well done
