I ordered a laptop charger that worked for a single charge then stopped working. The store stopped replying to emails as soon as I proved the charger was defective. They were rude and basically called me stupid in the emails they did send.

Worst online experience ever! Fake items and slow postage – BEWARE. Products are counterfeit/fake. they even have the nerve to tell you to peel back a black sticker covering the branding (which they claim is part of their testing process). These guys operate out of China. They use a very cheap postage method and not the tier 1 couriers displayed on their website. Delivery to Australia takes a month. Show details

MISLEADING – BASED IN CHINA!! Selling dodgy rip off items. I wish i had checked the reviews prior to purchase :/ Misleading information and empty tracking numbers provided. Don't be fooled by the free shipping: you items will take more than two weeks to arrive, if it even gets to you at all.

Fake Company Avoid – Ordered a Computer Charger from them and saw it was to a Chinese company. Tried to get a refund and not once did I get a response from the company. They don't have a phone number either which further leads me to believe that this is a fake company. Avoid.

Maybe not a pure Scam but bloody close to one – I bought a replacement power pack for my Dell Laptop in 2023, it lasted 5 months. a strong suspicion that this was a used power pack sold "As New". They have told me as the power pack is over 30 days since I bought it, they are not required to send me a replacement under their own crap warranty policy. I checked their policy and it contradicts the crap they are telling me. My plan is to just get a charge back.

it turn out being a counterfeit item without surprise. I have contacted them to get it returned and refund but it takes so long despite I kept emailing them. They asked my to take picture of both their product and my original product which I did but still refuse to provide a refund. Not to mention they are still holding my payment for the battery that I had never received. I had reported to ACCC, report this issue with PayPal, and will report it to the State Administration and Market Regulation Authority in China. Caveat emptor....let the buyer beware. Unscrupulous supplier. Absolute rubbish – I was sent the wrong adapter after supplying all the technical specs. I tried to contact them by email countless times explaining that I wanted an exchange. Every email was expertly ignored. There is NO phone number available. Not very helpful and a pertinent warning to all buyers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF THEN HIDE BEHIND THEIR OFFSHORE IDENTITY.
