Exactly the same as everyone else. My question is did you need to change/cancel your credit card? Do you think they would reuse your card details or it was just a one-time scam? I don’t want to have to change over all my monthly automatic payment for a one-time $34 scam. Show details
I ordered a laptop charger that worked for a single charge then stopped working. The store stopped replying to emails as soon as I proved the charger was defective. They were rude and basically called me stupid in the emails they did send.
I received the wrong charger and it was fried as soon as I opened it. I made the mistake of not checking reviews first. They posed as Australian but clearly they are not. Such scammers. Lesson learnt

Fake and cheating Chinese company – They have auadapterspc.com but this is fake chinese company. And they are saying 30 days money back but you cannot get back your money at all. Don't deal with them and they are doing a lot of ad, if you search battery then you will see the products from auadpaterspc. I am not sure the search engine cannot filter it out for such fake/cheating… Read more
company and products. I wasted my money and cannot refund with many emails request. Anyway don't waste your money for the production of such fake/cheating company.
FAKE PRODUCT/ DAMAGED AND CAUSED ELECTRIC REACTIONS AND BURNT CORDS – BEWARE! I ordered an Acer charger and the website posed as an Australian website, since I needed fast shipping asap, but it came from China over a month later. They also displayed photos and videos of products which they did NOT send. The product they sent is completely fake with Chinese writing not a real Acer product as they claimed. The product… Read more
quickly started getting extremely overheated after use, and the corners started to tear and show the inner cords within just a few days of extremely careful use. Then as I started connecting to power, the WHOLE HOUSE has an electric reaction and electricity turns off. Then finally as the cords tore, the charger literally exploded and let out a light and completely burnt off the cables and cords. Thank God it didn’t cause a fire but these cons and scammers are selling fake products and risking putting people’s lives in danger. Save yourself, your time and money and go buy chargers from the actual brand you need it from.

Worst online experience ever! Fake items and slow postage – BEWARE. Products are counterfeit/fake. they even have the nerve to tell you to peel back a black sticker covering the branding (which they claim is part of their testing process). These guys operate out of China. They use a very cheap postage method and not the tier 1 couriers displayed on their website. Delivery to Australia takes a month. Show details
Incompetent, refuse to give refund on their error – Sent wrong adapter. As I opened to test, they are making me pay for return shipping, and will likely only give 20% refund. Not Australian. Don't trust any positive reviews, avoid at all costs Show details
Horrible do not use – They literally stole from me... I sent money and they kept saying they would send the product, and then they disappeared after blaming me and saying it was my fault...
Dishonest Organisation – Stay away as they are dishonest in their dealings. They are not even located in Australia. Product sent was defective on arrival and they pretend they are going to address the issue but never follow through. Show details
MISLEADING – BASED IN CHINA!! Selling dodgy rip off items. I wish i had checked the reviews prior to purchase :/ Misleading information and empty tracking numbers provided. Don't be fooled by the free shipping: you items will take more than two weeks to arrive, if it even gets to you at all.

Fake Company Avoid – Ordered a Computer Charger from them and saw it was to a Chinese company. Tried to get a refund and not once did I get a response from the company. They don't have a phone number either which further leads me to believe that this is a fake company. Avoid.
Maybe not a pure Scam but bloody close to one – I bought a replacement power pack for my Dell Laptop in 2023, it lasted 5 months. I contacted them regarding a replacement adapter to be told I have to pay them $35 to get a replacement shipped. That amount is exactly half of what I paid for the power pack. I also discovered that the power pack I bought in 2023 was manufactured in 2016. I have… Read more
a strong suspicion that this was a used power pack sold "As New". They have told me as the power pack is over 30 days since I bought it, they are not required to send me a replacement under their own crap warranty policy. I checked their policy and it contradicts the crap they are telling me. My plan is to just get a charge back.
Battery lasted 2 months no guarantee – Bought Dell Inspiron 15 battery in Feb 2023, lasted until April 2023. Tried to contact company to test the 1 year guarantee assertion. Got no response to two e-mails. Bought a cheaper battery from a genuine Aus company. Show details
Not Australian! Long shipping Times! Never Arrived! – Never received, do not buy from this company, they say they are "au adapters pc" but they are a chinese company and do not respond to any support emails! Was told it was "left in a safe place" 11 days after supposed delivery... It has now been 23 days since I ordered. Show details
Crap Company – Just wants your money. Over charges for products!! Lies about when item has been shipped. Won’t reply to email.. refused to give address so I can return item. NOT AUSTRALIAN company!!!! Avoid at all cost!!!!!!
Thieves – BEWARE! this is NOT AUSTRALIAN! It is a company in China misrepresenting itself as the chinese do. 5 days after ordering a laptop charger, I have no confirmation, no invoice, no receipt, no emails and no replies. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Show details
Adapter didn't work, does not respond to emails – I ordered an Apple charger, received no shipping notification until a week later and the charger itself doesn't work. When I emailed to start the return process, no reply.
Only half order received – Ordered and paid two chargers for Dell lap top, only one arrived, they have not responded to repeated requests to send the second one Show details
Fake Company – DONT BE MISLEAD. After order and they received my money that was the last I heard from them. They are not an Australian company. IT IS A SCAM. UPDATE: Battery showed up. Not genuine Dell like they advertised and what I thought I bought. What seemed to impact them is when I filed a complaint with Pay Pal. The only way to affect these scam companies is to complain to where they get their money routed. DO NOT USE THEM. Show details

Fake Cheating Company - Don't Buy – Just like everyone else that is posting here, I didn't think to check reviews! I enquired of a replacement laptop battery providing photos of Part Number, clearly stating make and model. Upon receiving what they had suggested, the battery was for a completely different brand of laptop HP instead of Dell, and also the shape of the battery was… Read more

I have been trying to reach out to them by email and through their website for two weeks now with no response from them!
STAY AWAY! Dodgy Chinese company!
Never Again – I can't believe I didn't think to check reviews before purchasing. I didn't get any kind of confirmation from my order, just a PayPal receipt to say I'd been charged for the laptop charger. Immediately tried to contact for confirmation then with no response, decided to try and request a refund through PayPal. Then I saw the other reviews and was… Read more
mad at myself for not checking them before purchase. If I don't get my money back I will be one angry girl.
Classic chinese fraud – AU does not mean australian. In classic chinese form all the product is fake. I ordered a battery for a $4k laptop claiming genuine product. Arrived, nothing but fake. Looks the same minus the branding. Installed, did not work. Sent an email and amazingly got a reply! The reply sent me to a youtube video that was far from professional, unistall… Read more
battery drivers etc. I backed up everything and gave it a shot. It did not work. Complete chinese junk that ends up in landfill. Standard.
Sent wrong item and do not respond to messages – Unfortunately I did not read the reviews here before buying from so-called "AUadapterspc" which is a Chinese company. They sent the wrong adapter and did not respond to messages as everyone else has found Show details
Fake all round – They send the wrong products, aren’t AU based despite their name, can’t contact them by phone, they never reply to emails. Avoid at all costs. Show details
NOT GENUINE AT ALL!! Stopped working in 2 months – I agree with all the other 1 stars. If only I’d seen the reviews before I purchased. Don’t be fooled by the AU in the business name. It’s not an Australian company. I ordered a “genuine adapter “ and got a second class one with Chinese writing on the label-not HP which is what I expected. It stopped working after 2 months. Better to go to an Aussie company and support local. That’s what I thought I was doing. Was fooled. Show details
Counterfeit items not genuine at all – Exact same experience of some of the others here. Ordered one battery and one adaptor from them 2 months ago. Contacted them to get it cancelled right after I saw I paid to a company in Shenzhen China instead of an Australian company. Unfortunately they were not responsive enough and only stopped the shipment of my battery. Once I get the adaptor,… Read more
it turn out being a counterfeit item without surprise. I have contacted them to get it returned and refund but it takes so long despite I kept emailing them. They asked my to take picture of both their product and my original product which I did but still refuse to provide a refund. Not to mention they are still holding my payment for the battery that I had never received. I had reported to ACCC, report this issue with PayPal, and will report it to the State Administration and Market Regulation Authority in China. Please do the same if you can guys. https://www.samr.gov.cn/ For any new customers, AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!
Caveat emptor....let the buyer beware. Unscrupulous supplier. Absolute rubbish – I was sent the wrong adapter after supplying all the technical specs. I tried to contact them by email countless times explaining that I wanted an exchange. Every email was expertly ignored. There is NO phone number available. Not very helpful and a pertinent warning to all buyers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF THEN HIDE BEHIND THEIR OFFSHORE IDENTITY. I have reported them to the ACCC in Canberra.
