This included a crazed hand basin, the floor waste in the laundry being at the highest point (hence no way for the water to drain), and both run marks and missed bits in the internal painting. And more ... Then about 5 1/2 years later, the kitchen cupboards had all dropped, only to discover that only 2 screws were used in each runner. When I asked them to provide additional screws to rectify the problem, I just received a rude email saying the house was out of warranty and I didn't report it when I inspected the house. I do not belive it reasonable to expect the customer to check the number of screws used in cabinety. I would not recommend them to anyone.
