with the house we've received at the price we paid. Our build timeline did blow out a little bit (closer to 12 months than 7.5), but much of that was due to covid issues, crazy weather and general building industry pressures. We have heard all sorts of horror stories from friends who built with various other companies, and the truth is that we haven't had anything close to that sort of drama in our build. We moved in to our place almost 2 months ago, and Adenbrook have been helpful and easy to deal with since then too. We're really glad we went with Adenbrook.
Great Experience for first build – We were really happy with the management of the build by Adenbrook from the beginning to the end. As we were first home builders we were nervous about the process and the girls we dealt with were so helpful at answering any questions we had. Compared to other builders we are so happy we chose Adenbrook as our house was built within a good timeframe and the very few maintenance items we had were dealt with so quickly. They were great.
Smooth, positive building experience – We feel really lucky to have chosen adenbrook to build our dream home.The build was a pretty smooth process, the home went up quickly with very little delays and the delays were not the company's fault. Our site supervisor was amazing, friendly and helpful and so were the office girls. The home turned out just as we expected and there were very few after handover things to be fixed, which were fixed very promptly. Overall positive experience and would highly reccomend them as a builder. We would build with them again.
First build was a great experience – My partner and I built the Iluka design with adenbrook homes and we couldn’t be happier with the final product! Special mention to Shane the site supervisor who was great to deal with and answered every question we had. We really can’t fault anything throughout the building process and handover, this was our first build and have recommended Adenbrook to others. and the quality of their standard products were amazing. From our first meeting with Daban and Matt they found us the perfect family home to build on our block ‘the kerwin’ with the marina facade. The talented and creative Elle who knew exactly what my vision and vibe was, thank you for your patience and making the decisions so easy. Lastly, Our site supervisor Shane, WOW, we were so lucky to have a site supervisor like you, we can’t thank you enough for making our dream home come to life, there was a lot of detail in this build and you went above and beyond to make this house perfect, your organisational skills put me to shame, Shane you are a top bloke, who genuinely cares, and takes great pride in his work and the company he works for. We could not fault anything and We would be more than happy to recommend Adenbrook.
