to deal with, have been responsive to communications, kept me informed every step of the way, and ultimately delivered a finished product that met my very high expectations.

The choice of standard floor plans is excellent, variations were easily accommodated and reasonably priced, and with the kitchen and electrical package upgrades that I selected Adenbrook delivered a very high standard of product for a very reasonable price. In fact based on my experience with these first 3 houses I am about to sign contracts for two more at Morningside.

The houses ended up being a little bit late but Adenbrook happily paid the daily late fee – no questions asked. There were of course the usual list of little things to be fixed at the end, but again Adenbrook just did it all with a smile and no fuss whatsoever.

I have no hesitation in recommending the team at Adenbrook in Brisbane.

The build was delivered on time and on budget. Our site supervisor, Matt, was nothing short of amazing; very approachable and always available to chat about any questions we had. No question or problem was too hard.

The weekly email from the admin team advising us of what site work was proposed for that week was a welcome communication and kept us informed as to the progress of the build. The whole process couldn't have been any smoother without the help of Michele in the office who kept us up to date and was a huge help every step of the way.

The whole team at Adenbrook Homes Greater Brisbane were friendly and efficient. We felt we were dealing with an honest and highly professional company. The administration was clear, the very detailed contract was thoroughly explained to us and everyone made us feel valued as clients.

communication from the builder regarding what cost to expect. The choosing of colours etc. did run smoothly. The build itself was reasonably well managed but fell behind the scheduled finish time and it was very difficult to get Adenbrook to commit to a new date for handover. The flow on effect of this was that it was difficult to give notice to the manager of our rental property, organise removalists, have new furniture delivered and notify our employers of any time we wanted to take off to move. After handover there were several items still to be completed by the builder, so they were coming back for about the first three weeks after we moved in.

Following assurances from the builder about them being available for the next twelve months following handover, we tried to contact them six months later about some issues that needed their attention. We found out that they had cancelled their franchise with Adenbrook Homes in December 2016. It appears that even though our builder is no longer operating, they are obliged to fix any faults, not Adenbrook. Our main concern is with a protruding, exposed storm water pipe at the side of our laundry. It needs to be lowered further underground. Neither our builder nor Adenbrook Homes are prepared to amend this mistake, so in judging the customer service and support I would say they are appallingly useless. I cannot possibly recommend this company to anyone considering building with Adenbrook Homes. I am sure Adenbrook will respond with the same guff they have given to me, about them not being the actual builder responsible due to their franchise arrangements, but if I am asked who I built with then the answer remains the same- Adenbrook.

Adenbroke – We started building our house with Adenbrook homes otherwise known as North Brisbane Homes and , Makbuild Homes. and Avalon. eventually finished about 18 months after it should have been. During this time we had to continue paying the mortgage, rates, water and sewerage fees as well as rent and solicitors fees. This resulted in extreme stress and ongoing health issues for both of us. I would strongly recommend that everyone steer clear of Adenbrook and its associated companies which I believe has restarted under similar names despite directors being banned for 5 years. Be warned that "Adenbrook" is just a name purchased by local builders> When they go broke there is no support from "Adenbrook". You are left to fend for yourself. Adenbrook North Brisbane, South Brisbane Sunshine Coast and others in NSW have all gone broke leaving hundreds to finish their homes.

The build was quick and constructed with quality workmanship. There are no areas that stood out to me that require improvement. I have been very happy with the entire process.

I was regularly updated about the progress of the house build by the Building Supervisor. Also if I ever needed an answer to one of my many questions the team at the display home was always very approachable or even just a phone call away and they were always fast with replies to emails.

All concerns have been dealt with in a timely manner. One door handle with a paint chip has already been replaced with no fuss. It doesn’t seem to matter how fussy you are, the team at Adenbrook Homes will go out of their way to make sure you are happy.

I would definitely build with Adenbrook Homes again. No matter how high my expectations were they continued to raise the bar with their products and customer service. I always knew in my mind that I wouldn’t be anything less than ecstatic about the final product.

I have already made many recommendations to friends and family about building their new home with Adenbrook Homes because I know that they will not be disappointed. I understand there are many stresses involved in building a house, but the Adenbrook Homes group managed to make the journey a very enjoyable one. was much communication with Donna, until everything was sorted to our liking. Our phone calls and emails were always answered promptly, which speeded up the paper side of things.

The start date happened when they indicated that it would, and then after the 3 week Christmas break, there were trades people at our building site everyday. The supervisor, Keith, did an excellent job keeping all the jobs going and when Keith left, Matt took over and the work still flowed on perfectly. We were really amazed at the fantastic organisation of our build job. The trade workers at the site were all very good workers and did an amazing job, plus being very polite and courteous.

Communication with Keith and Matt was so good. They would call us to let us know who was going to be working at our site and when they would be working. Also they would always return our calls when we had an inquiry and they were both very helpful and friendly to work with. If there was a problem of any sort, Matt worked very hard with follow up until it was corrected, so Congratulations and Thankyou to him.

Every concern was dealt within a satisfactory time frame, which very quickly gave us a feeling of confidence with our builders.

When we build again, it will be with Adenbrook Homes, as it has really been so well organised and professionally done.

One of the first questions that people in general ask, when they know that you’ve build a new home is, “How was the building process?" It is a pleasure to be able to tell them of our experience with Adenbrook, and they are amazed that it has been so good. Our Family and Friends already know how happy we are as they have gotten updates along the way and we have recommended Adenbrook most highly. H1, where as my neighbour's soil was M class. on their statement it claims:" This is not an actual formal investigation" What???

after we paid the PA deposit of $2000- no phone calls, emails Nothing for 3 weeks, it wasn't until I called them, they put me through an admin person and then the sales consultant then some other person, to save yourself money and headache and delays. Stay away from the Mackay branch or you'll be in the same boat as us, lost $2000 to scam artists.

Now we are back on base one, going through another builder getting an proper soil test.

Adenbrook Homes Worst builder in brisbane – Not only did they not complete the house on time but the build quality was terrible. Nothing really except some of the tradies were nice enough, but when they started bagging their employer I started to worry! Expensive, terrible build quality, The quality control is a joke.
