Adesso 2 Slice Toaster Questions

Do standard and large slices of white sandwich bread fit in this toaster properly? With our current Prinetti toaster, the top of the bread sticks out, so remains untoasted.

We only eat sourdough so that's a bit hard to answer but just looking at it, I would say yes. I could be wrong because my memory of sandwich bread is decades old.

I use many different breads and baked goods...all work perfectly for me...I am elderly....I have never owned a toaster that pleased me so much....I purchased it during Covid ...was all that was available in my price range....it has been a happy choice for me.

How do I remove the crumb tray on the Adesso toaster. It’s halted by a piece of metal. Poor design as cannot clean properly since It can’t be removed completely or have I purchased a faulty item?

I'm on my second Adesso. I have no problem sliding out the tray from the back of the toaster (opposite the lever). Maybe you have got a faulty one. It's not infallible though - I still take the toaster outside too and bash it (right way up and upside down) before a complete de-crumbing is even close.

Thank you. Yeah there is a metal clip stopping it from being able to remove but I never returned it. I appreciate your response.
