Don't buy it! It's a SCAM!!!!! – This was definitely a scam. Waited 3 months because they kept telling me the warehouse was in another country and was taking longer than expected and I would get tracking once it was in my country. Then after telling them just to cancel the order they blocked me on all socials. I was able to get my money back by doing a charge back with my bank. I can't believe they take peoples money like this.

Eventually we had someone update our order to a different product to substitute us for the wait time and were told we would have the bed we ordered 2 weeks later once the stock came in, which did not happen.
To top this off the substitute bed has already broken its stitching in almost every join.
We have made multiple further attempts to contact Adore Paws about our still missing originally ordered item. On December 16 I was told “Hi Aimee, I apologize for the delay. I’ve forwarded your request to the team, and I’ll keep you updated as soon as I hear back. Thank you”, but still nothing further..
At this point I just hope that no one else is giving adore paws any of their hard earned money and going through the same experience as us!
Well…. I thought it was a scam/blocked it from my mind after accepting that fact. Ordered in September 2024. It is now July 2025 and my doorman just handed me an “adore paws” package. When I say my jaw hit the floor, honey. Wow. 10 MONTHS SINCE I PLACED MY ORDER. That is wild. Never give up faith.

I would have had a far less stressful 3 months if they advertised as a preorder, took a deposit on purchase and then charged the full amount once the beds were shipped. Adore Paws really need to work on their customer experience if they want to be successful. The beds aren’t cheap at all and to keep customers in the dark and wondering if they have been scammed for months on end is just unkind and poor practice.
False advertising – The bed arrived and was nothing like it was advertised as. Not at all orthopedic memory foam it’s just polyester filling. I complained and they offered for me to return the bed and get a refund but I paid shipping to receive it, and needed to pay shipping to return it. again. Because after 2 weeks, still no shipment confirmation or tracking. So I reached out again, and same response, assuring me that it just got to the local warehouse and will be at my door by the end of the week.
So I waited. More. Again.
Finally, I reached out again, about a week after they told me it would be delivered. But this time instead of just asking about an update on my order, I told them to go ahead and cancel the order and issue a refund…and now suddenly they don’t respond to emails.
I tried to reach out via Instagram, but surprise surprise! They have comments and direct messages disabled. So I left a comment on their Facebook post, and no response there either.
My final step will be to call my bank and mark the charges fraud and get a refund via my bank.
Bad experience – TERRIBLE! I didn’t receive my order for weeks so contacted them several times. They lied about my refund coming through. I had to take further action & luckily the order went through PayPal otherwise I don’t think I would have received my money back… do not buy from them!

I emailed again on the 9th November questioning where my bed was. They assured me again it would be delivered with a week. Well past a week now and STILL NO BED.

SCAM! Absolute SCAM! – I received my order, but wanted a refund because it was a piece of Chinese poo, 1 month later and all my emails have been ignored. Originally said it was custom and would take a while for shipping, then no further update many weeks later and now won't respond to my emails asking for a refund. reporting them to Instagram for being a scam. They seem to do a lot of work with influencers to promote their brand so I am genuinely unsure if they make beds or not. Regardless, I do NOT want to support their business or see the bed in my home and be reminded of my mistake. More recently, I have seen that my order has been “canceled” after my repeated attempts to get ahold of them. I’m waiting to see the reimbursement with my bank but I recommend you all do the same in the meantime.

Good quality beds – We ordered two Black beds in September for our dogs and whilst they took 4 weeks to arrive, they are exceptional quality. Our dogs won't get out of them now. Highly recommend for price & quality. Shipping could be improved.

I did receive an automated email on October 15th stating that my order had shipped, but as of today, October 24th, the Shop app they use for tracking shows no available tracking information. Yet, they had no problem charging my card right away.
Given the complete lack of customer service and the fact that I still haven’t received my item, I am warning others to stay away from this company. It’s a scam. I’ll be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge and reporting them to the BBB next.

Don't bother – I ordered a dog bed in July and am yet to receive it. The first time I followed up the reassured me that stock was arriving in a week or two, then I received a shipping notification that advised they were preparing my order. This was over a month ago, so I have followed up asking for a refund. My dogs have been without a bed for several months because I didn't want to order a temporary bed after spending so much money!!!

SCAM COMPANY who take your money BUYER BEWARE – Scam company. Ordered a dog bed weeks ago - and not only have they not sent the bed , they have decided to ignore all my emails and just keep my money. I’ve got my bank involved and should get the charge reversed but it’s annoying to have to do. Everyone should report this company to the ACCC and alert everyone they know to steer clear. This company is fraudulent and should be shut down.
