I have only just made and order, your prices were the best I could find online for Bravecto Plus for my cat. I am a little concerned about the negative reviews I have just read, but sometimes problems do happen, will see how this order progresses, and how long it takes to deliver. Maureen

original offer. I have been ordering from this company for the past 4 years now and feel that this is the first time I have known them to be dishonest in their dealings. I can no longer recommend them as a reputable company to deal with and would urge anyone who is considering placing an order with them to take lots of screenshots of what you’re ordering and what is on the invoice because this is what they’re using as an excuse why they won’t supply exactly what I ordered. Please use caution when dealing with this company in the future and yes, I supplied every email for the last 4 years which never showed once that they were sending a free pippette, an excuse that they are now using this time to get out of supplying it. I feel that this is a completely dishonest transaction on their part and false advertising to renege on the offered special. After being contacted by Vet Supply about this purchase, we have reached a satisfactory resolution to the problem and I am pleased to say that I am satisfied with the outcome, I will continue to purchase from them in the future but will make sure to take screenshots of what exactly I am purchasing. shipping partner that there are substantial delays in the deliveries in some regions due to staff shortages. We request you to allow some additional working days for the delivery." I then asked once again for the tracking details to subsequently then receive this reply "To offer free shipping, we ship the orders through Australia Post letter mail service in a satchel. Hence, we do not have a tracking number available for such parcels." So in effect they are stating that they used Australia Post's untraceable letter mail service which is intended for LETTERS not products costing over $85 and after 2 weeks I still have not recieved the item (which my dogs are now overdue for) and I have no way of tracking the parcel to find out where it is. Stay away from this dodgy business!

VET MEDS are very well priced here and fast to ship and with free shipping, it's certainly hard to beat. couldn't get one of them quickly (its on back order everywhere) they phoned me, told me the situation and asked if I want to wait of refund me and they'd let me know when its back in. I chose refund and unlike many other places actually did it, and immediately. The funds were back at bank really fast. The big bags of the same food were showing as still available, so I ordered one of those instead. Sadly, before my order could be shipped that one also had run out. So they phoned me again, were so apologetic and refunded in full, which also appeared in my bank fast. The other bag of dog food I had ordered was shipped in reasonable time as that one was not on back order.

In a world where you have to jump through a thousand hoops and fight to get a legitimate refund in most cases, this was a welcome change. A company that actually contacts you, and asks, and didn't pull any stunts or create obstacles to the refund. Absolutely magic. Thank you so much Vet Supply for outstanding customer service.

I then asked about the script I had sent in the post and he said he will need to call me back to let me know if they have received it. 18 days and counting to receiving my Bravecto which was apparently shipped from suburban Sydney to suburban Brisbane. And they ask that I continue wait a few more days. Pathetic.

Food wasn’t shipped for 5 business days. Now have to wait 3-10 business days for delivery. I called to check what was going on, they said they’d call me back and never did. Slow wait and poor customer service.

Price and free delivery are very attractive aspects and the shopping experience was fast and effective although, I did have a 5% discount voucher that I was unable to find a way to use it

I’m a customer of 15 years with Vet Supply. They have just removed AfterPay as a payment option and I have removed my business from Vet Supply. So disappointing.

Easy to order from . Good prices . As an American , I do need to remember to do the conversion to kilograms when ordering , but that is easy to do using google " convert pounds to kilograms" It also helps to remember that the prices are in Australian Dollars ( which is expected) so my USA Dollar goes a little further. Every tiny bit helps when fighting Fleas, ticks and Heartworms.

Order sent to wrong address. As they do not have tracking, it is impossible to track and change the address. There goes over $100 lost. I tried to call them and they were unable to assist.

Discovered their "100% satisfaction guarantee" is meaningless. Contacted them when delivery didn't arrive within 48 hours as normal. Told to wait a bit longer. Three weeks and three emails later, they are still sending the same "wait a bit longer" email. Had to dispute the transaction with my bank in order to get refund for goods that never arrived.

Good experience with several shops with VetSupply. RevolutionPlus monthly, cat, tick, flea and worm treatment effective and gentle on my sensitive cat. Other longer-term products caused skin irritation.
