A week after ordering I told them to send the goods or I wanted a refund, and like magic they shipped it. At 11pm. I consider myself lucky to have received the goods, but did have to endure rude staff member calling to demand I verify my address. The large amount of glowing reviews here following every bad one is a worry too. Won’t be back.

wait until early the following week. I advised I would wait until close of business Monday, they agreed with this proposal. Monday came and went and the tracking information had not changed. I then requested a refund. They declined the refund and asked I continue to wait. I gave them one last opportunity to rectify this failure but instead they doubled down and told me to wait. This was no longer viable as I had to source pet medication elsewhere at this point. It was only when I lodged a PayPal dispute that they actually offered a refund, provided I close the dispute. My order was finally delivered exactly 1 month after I placed it. PayPal closed the dispute because the order was delivered. I won't be bullied by this company and I won't be ordering from them again.

original offer. I have been ordering from this company for the past 4 years now and feel that this is the first time I have known them to be dishonest in their dealings. I can no longer recommend them as a reputable company to deal with and would urge anyone who is considering placing an order with them to take lots of screenshots of what you’re ordering and what is on the invoice because this is what they’re using as an excuse why they won’t supply exactly what I ordered. Please use caution when dealing with this company in the future and yes, I supplied every email for the last 4 years which never showed once that they were sending a free pippette, an excuse that they are now using this time to get out of supplying it. I feel that this is a completely dishonest transaction on their part and false advertising to renege on the offered special. After being contacted by Vet Supply about this purchase, we have reached a satisfactory resolution to the problem and I am pleased to say that I am satisfied with the outcome, I will continue to purchase from them in the future but will make sure to take screenshots of what exactly I am purchasing. couldn't get one of them quickly (its on back order everywhere) they phoned me, told me the situation and asked if I want to wait of refund me and they'd let me know when its back in. I chose refund and unlike many other places actually did it, and immediately. The funds were back at bank really fast. The big bags of the same food were showing as still available, so I ordered one of those instead. Sadly, before my order could be shipped that one also had run out. So they phoned me again, were so apologetic and refunded in full, which also appeared in my bank fast. The other bag of dog food I had ordered was shipped in reasonable time as that one was not on back order.

In a world where you have to jump through a thousand hoops and fight to get a legitimate refund in most cases, this was a welcome change. Other places state 50% off etc and they are not, if u compare prices. This company dosent use gimmicks, actually you get 2 more doses free which works out so much cheaper than the other places that claim 50% off, I need to shop around we have 3 chihuahuas.

Easy to use site, lots of products, but you need to order well in advance as it takes about a week or more for the product to arrive. Much cheaper than at the Vets of a pet store in our experience.

I have been ordering Simparica from Vet Supply since July 2025 for my two dogs, as prices are always fair and never once have I been let down with delivery. I certainly won't be changing from this company.

Awful communication! Did not tell me a badly needed supplement for my dog was on back order and took over three weeks to arrive. When I asked for them to delete my account I get crickets. Do not recommend which is sad as I wanted to suporrt a small business but I will stick with more reliable suppliers.
