The corner piece delivered is not the one we originally ordered and appears unfinished, with exposed extension hooks on the front side. After such a long wait, it is incredibly frustrating to receive another incorrect product. We are still waiting to hear back regarding a resolution. I understand mistakes can happen, but after more than half a year, multiple delivery issues, and ongoing delays, this experience has been far from acceptable for such a major purchase. I hope the company improves its quality control, communication, and customer service processes moving forward. calls and writing emails. I purchased a custom sofa mid January and was assured that the latest ETA would be by the end of April. I trusted them and since then I had sold my lounges, arranged for my move only to get a call in the midst of my moving houses informing me there is a delay and the new ETA would be end of May. I asked for a refund, they refused. I then asked for a loan sofa which they approved. I then get a text message last week being told there is another delay of up to 8-9 weeks. So basically I will receive my sofa 6-7 months after the purchase date. Which is absolutely ridiculous. My home remains Incomplete as I can’t continue furnishing it because I don’t know what would match or fit right with the sofa , from rug to coffee table to tv unit and ect. Our family is struggling to adapt to the new home because of this. So now iv been back and forth with consumer affairs and Adriatic. They still will not refund me and someone from customer services keeps stating the eta is still 3-4 weeks while ignoring the fact that the actual store texted me saying the eta is 8-9 weeks only a few days ago. Absolutely sick of this, inconsistent and mixed timeframes and messages, and constant delays. I just want my money back and make my way to buy a sofa from another store/company where I can have a sofa delivered within 1-2 weeks. Is that too much to ask for.

Do not buy the dining table with the lazy Susan . A spill has happened and gone in between the lazy Susan and the outer part of the table . It has only been melamine as it has swollen . What I received is clearly not the same standard or appearance. When I raised this issue, I was told that variation is “normal” and my request for a replacement piece was refused. While I understand natural variation can occur, this is not a subtle difference — it looks like a completely different section and does not match the main table. the drivers I didn't receive a call, he was defensive and insisted he did. Perhaps it hadn't registered on my phone. It can happen I guess, but the tracking link did not work. And they left all the plastic packaging with me so I need to dispose of it. I am really disappointed in my experience.

and to be very careful as they were also newly sanded having been only done 5months prior. I notice a small scrape mark a week after the delivery and let it go, as I had an ill parent and crappy stictching to deal with. The stitching on the armchair looked like it had been sewn by a drunk toddler. When I raised the issue with customer service I got the standard response of 'within acceptable parameters'. As someone that sews I can tell you it wasn't, and that was the start of the back and forth emails...25 emails to be exact. The run around was ridiculous, the service agent could not answer every question asked, and we're talking maybe one or two in my emails, it had to be dragged out via email after email after email. Short story the couch was assessed after I sat around waiting for someone to turn up but never showed as the CS agent didn't book the correct day and time. The assessor agreed that it was not great so would be refurnished. While that person was assessing the issue I found two more marks in my newly sanded floors. By this time I was not happy. The response was, too bad it's outside the 30 day period. I asked to return the armchair and be issued a refund. 23 emails, waiting for someone that was never going to show when I should have been with an ill parent at hospital and the usual standard reply comes through of yeah nah you can suck it up. So I question how the archair will be fixed as I didn't want my floors further damagaed and guess what 25 emails later zero answer. I will never buy from Adriatic again and I sure can tell you I've told everyone that will listen not to as well.

Too early to comment on the quality of furniture as we have pushed delivery out until we need it for our new house (they will also hold our furniture in storage until we are ready).

However, during that call another department advised that only the table was ready, while the chairs were delayed due to Lunar New Year, pushing delivery to late February / early March. We have since been advised there are further delays until the end of March, and even that date is still not confirmed.
By the time the order potentially arrives, it will have been around seven months since we placed it, which is extremely frustrating for such a significant purchase.
We were provided with loan furniture, but unfortunately it’s of little comfort as none of the items match our home or each other, making it difficult to use properly.
What is most disappointing is that no compensation or goodwill gesture has been offered despite the lengthy delays, which feels like very poor customer service given the circumstances.
It was also surprising to learn that the furniture is outsourced and manufactured overseas rather than locally, which wasn’t something we were clearly aware of when purchasing.
While the in-store staff have been polite and helpful, the overall experience and extended delays mean that unfortunately I would not purchase from Adriatic Furniture again.

INSURANCE PRODUCT NOT HONOURED AND AGGRESSIVE AND INTIMIDATING BEHAVIOUR. We purchased furniture from Adriatic Hoppers Crossing in mid‑2025 and, based on their explanation of coverage, also bought the Leather Care Plus insurance from Total Furnishing Care (TFC). It took a month and several follow‑ups before the owner of TFC, [Name Removed], responded. He advised that online claims “often get lost” and asked us to resend all documents and photos by text. After further delays and an in‑person inspection in December 2025, he confirmed he would return to collect the items for repair under the warranty.
When he arrived in February 2026, he informed us that the claim would not be approved, despite having previously reviewed the damage multiple times. When the female present asked for clarification about the policy terms, his behaviour became verbally aggressive and intimidating, leaving her distressed.
We have since reported the matter to Consumer Affairs and advised that any further contact by [Name Removed] will be handled through the appropriate authorities.
We purchased this insurance in good faith based on Adriatic’s recommendation, but the experience with both TFC and Adriatic during the four‑month attempt to resolve the issue has been extremely disappointing. We were ultimately advised that the damage is not covered, and Adriatic has confirmed they will continue recommending TFC.
Overall, a very poor experience.

I find this incredibly misleading. It gives the impression of urgency and savings when, in reality, the item was never sold at full price. I feel deceived by Adriatic’s pricing tactics and genuinely disappointed by the experience.
