1 Angy  · Poor quality fabric ripped on second use. Seems like a common problem from the reviews. No replacements in stock! Not fit for purpose.
1 Jason M.  · Absolute rubbish product. Bought 2 of these. Both tore and snapped within first few months. Cheap nasty rubbish
4 Charlie Wakefield  · Easy to put up, and lots more room for gear and toilet
1 Jon C.  · Not Worth 2 Cents – Lasted 2 months then absolutely tore to shreds. No warranty. What a load of garbage this gazebo is. RUBBISH PRODUCT.
1 Danny P.  · 4WD super center Gazebo tent – was great until i tried setting up brought 2 of them and both ripped on the corners making big holes into tent
3 Katherine M.  · Quick and easy to set up – Set up of hubs is quick and easy but first night of light rain to realise its not waterproof disappointing

Not only are these Gazebos poor quality they are in fact not 3 x 3m in dimensions. All other brand gazebos do actually measure 3 x 3 where the Kings is only 2.8 x 2.8, even though they state 3 x 3 on their website. They also state their gazebo tent is 3 x 3 which will not fit any other brand gazebo. And as others have pointed out Kings will happily take your money on purchase, but not refund when their products are sub-standard or incorrect.

Really garbage, within one day 2 hooks fell off and torn the cover of our 3x3 gazebo of Kings. After one rainy day it torned completely and became useless. No refund from kings. Don't buy this Chinese trash, it's a waste of money, even one star is way too much.

I'm glad I wasn't the only one! Low end cheap Chinese quality, not fit for purpose as with many Chinese products in our Australia stores. The black carry bag it comes with is only fit to get it home with. The king's sales staff do encourage you to buy their heavy duty bag, so really it a scam to buy multiple items. The three side panel tarps I… Read more

bought don't fit very well. Too tight one way, slack the other, yet I've got the Kings logo in the correct location. I used it once for 6hrs, it's since been moved around a fair bit at home. I wish I'd but cardboard padding under the gazebo in the black bag, as it's not worn well. One plastic foot has also broken off, as it was poorly fitted in place with one rivett.

Bought a 4.5 x 3.0m Kings Gazebos, what a piece of rubbish, if I could give it a zero star I would, after two use, the seams torn, try to return for a warranty but was decline by the rude staff member, saying that it was damage by strong wind, no wind, just breezes in my area, try to tell him that it is a manufacturer defect. It seems that many… Read more

Where is the zero stars? Biggest piece of cr#p ever. Wooden sticks and grandma's undies would do a better job. An absolute joke.

Instructions are p!ss poor and confusing, erecting is a nightmare, condensation inside makes it freezing, the outside window flaps can't be closed without your own gaffa tape to keep closed so you don't freeze to death. I tarped it to try and help with the cold and open window flaps and had candles and lanterns to try and stave off the dampness. I would not recommend this garbage.

Do not buy from this retailer of sub standard products. I purchased a gazebo hub and the first (and only) time I used it, it leaked in lots of places in only light rain. They rejected my warranty claim as it is not waterproof but "water resistant ". The waterfront ingress was sufficient to wet my sleeping bag and saturate a water resistant… Read more

jacket I had planned to ware to stay dry when packing up. I slept in my car that night. I'm 69 years old and accept and prepare for things to go wrong. Part of the fun of camping. I have never before returned any camping products. I can only assume their quality and post sale customer service is similarly poor.

Bought a 3x3 mtr gazebo for a christmas present for hubby. Used a few times between Jan 2025 and feb 22, but noticed it started fading after a days use. Did not last two months before it started ripping, absolute garbage. No point in claiming warranty - there is none (against Australian law). They just rejected my claim without a reason being given. Poor quality, and terrible company to deal with. Be warned you are throwing your money away.

Woefull support – Bought a kings 4.5 x 3 gazebo, came home from work and the canopy was shredded. So I went back to the store I purchased from to get a replacement cover none in stock any where then told OH! just go on line and get one or buy another one. [Content Removed] SUPPORT KINGS. Won't be buying Kings products any more.

Don't waste your money – Absolutely rubbish didn't even get to put it up properly and the material ripped at the D tie town point trying to get it over the frame. Had the gazebo less than 1 hour.

Broken at setting it up – What a waste of money and time. Broke the moment we were setting it up due to the weak material. Decided there was no point folding it again so would just leave it up until its ripped by the sun. No, we were dreaming, woke up the next morning and it was broken and damaged my car. Wish I had read reviews first.

who wet the bed, Kings wet the bed! – Flimsy and leaks, my bedding was saturated and my husband had to drive up to my camp and put a tarp over it to stop the leaking. It leaked in multiple spots. Tossed it at the end of the trip!

Very poor quality – Went to put it up for the first time and ripped the stitching on one piece of Velcro tie and one of the corner strings. The stitching is of such poor quality it is just cheap and nasty.

TERRIBLE BREAKS EASILY – DO NOT BUY THEIR GAZEBO'S absolute rubbish. Would give a 0 star rating if I could. Cheaply made and weak material broke within 3mths just completely tore in 4 spots and ripped through the support frame. BEWARE OF FALSE WARRANTIES too. Definitely don't expect the warranty to mean anything trust me when I say they will find any loophole they can… Read more

to void your warranty. So unless you plan on using the gazebo only a couple of times they will void the warranty claiming it is a permanent fixture because you have used it too much. Just be very careful with what you think is a good deal - your better off ordering from somewhere else and get a good quality gazebo that is made to last.

Weak struts and faulty construction and materials – Don't buy one of these Kings Gazebos - 4.5m x 3m. Photos below - before & after. The after photo has bits of poles trying to keep it upright as I don't have anyone to help me take it down without doing damage to myself or my property, and are not part of the product. I purchased this gazebo in Feb to erect as extra shade on a 4m x 5m concrete… Read more

slab but had no one to help me erect it. Finally had a friend help to erect it on 19/5/24 - he will verify the date. Photos taken 23/5 of the gazebo standing. On 25/5 the gazebo had collapsed without warning or any adverse weather conditions. Not even 1 week up! The ad states about this gazebo: "The frame is made from extra-tough hammertone-coated steel, giving the gazebo much-needed strength and stability to withstand wind. With 30mm thick legs and 25mm reinforced supports, the same as our 3x3m and 6x3m gazebos, it’s able to stay standing in strong weather when many other competitors’ lightweight alloy framed gazebos simply can’t!" There was no strong weather - very light breeze and approx 12 mm of rain. I dread to think what a storm would have done.

6x3 Gazebo failure – Do not buy this product or bother shopping at kings at all. They are a shady organisation who were taken to court and fined for their sly tactics. Unfortunately, I found about this too late by locals at the pub in Geraldton after telling them about this gazebo and how it was completely unusable after two days. It couldn’t even hold up in 5 knot… Read more

winds and was told “weather conditions don’t fall under warranty”, all this after waiting 2 hours because all their employees didn’t even know how to process warranty claims. They’ve lost ANOTHER customer. Pathetic company, incompetent employees.

Do not buy this product. Save your time and money – Had the gazebo 1 week. The canvas roof had multiple small holes in the canvas, faulty material with weird lines in the canvas and the bag that we purchased with it had a broken zip and ripped when we packed the gazebo into it on first use. Materials are poor quality. They offered to replace the bag and cover, which I refused, they claim they are… Read more

minor faults, but not under Australian consumer law they aren't. I have put in a complaint with fair trading and the ACCC. They shouldn't be allowed to sell such rubbish.

Rubbish simple as that – Purchased the 3x6 gazebo less than 3 days after putting it up you could see the stitching starting to give way. After being put on hold when enquiring about returning or replacing line dropped out tried calling again no luck. Definitely don't recommend the 3x6 just rubbish.

Gazebo Warranty - not worth anything. Buyer beware !! – Purchased a 3 x 3 m gazebo. Used once. When packing up, noticed stitching came away at seams. Took it back to place of purchase, with receipt as under warranty. Submitted to Kings for review/ assessment. Told it was fair wear and tear. Unbelievably poor customer service. Have thrown in the bin and will advise anyone who asks, not to purchase… Read more

Compare old great and new crap – I had recently purchased a 6x3 it lasted about 3 weeks before tearing, kings sent another cover..nice..lasted about the same, at least kings gave me a refund much appreciated. Camping for Easter mates had an old gazebo and just purchased a new one, what a difference side by side, new cover thin, frame lighter it's a pity because I would pay more for the old version knowing that you get what you pay for.

Kings gazebo – Owned it for 10 days first rain filled with water and buckled under the weight. Warranty department didn’t ring back and have been told that you are not to leave it untended at any time. So no leaving the camp I guess while camping. Total waste of money better off with oztrail. I have put in a complaint to fair trade. The more people that put in a complaint the harder it will be for them to brush claims off.

Not so heavy duty! – The 1st bit of rain, the gazebo filled with water and buckled the "heavy duty" steel legs causeing it to collapse! Expensive purchase for something I only used for 1 night.

Check all the details first – Bought a 6x3 Kings gazebo because of the 2.4 H. The unit only opens up to 2.1 H. Many reasons given for this mistake eg. H is to the cover, bad batch, our display is 2.4 H, mistake in advertising. Asked to send a photo of the tape measure to justify my query. Lacked support for their product, offered a refund, but no solution to problem. Check all dimensions before your purchase. No discount offered in future.

The poorest quality – The first time I used it a nylon loop that helped hold a pole, frayed till it had broke of. I pulled a Velcro tab around the gazebo pole, only to hear it rip of. The floor flooded when it rained. I have bought lots of Kings stuff but the Hub isn’t worth the $149 maybe $14.90 is a fairer price!

GARBAGE – DON'T BUY. Was well secured and still buckled and crumbled in just 15 knots of wind. Caravan park handyman who helped me get rid of it said he sees one a week busted in the skip bins.
