AEG HK956970FB Questions & Answers
VerifiedMPN: HK956970FBHi. I have an AEG. Induction cooktop model HK956970FB The glass has cracked. Where can I find a replacement please? Thank you in advance for any help,
I have a diagonal crack on my induction AEG HK956970FB. Can I just get the glass replaced. I am located in Melbourne Australia
We have a diagonal crack across the glass top of our AEG induction cooktop model HK673520FB bevelled glass (3 zones). Is it possible to replace glass? Who can ? It is still working but is it safe? Bill Giles archscan@ bigpond.net.au
Yes. You can. Electrolux AU has a model that was exactly the same but branded as Electrolux. I have it written down somewhere. The glass will fit. It’s about 350. Wildern at gmail

Our AEG induction cooktop is noisy when cooking and if i have more than one pan on high (ie 14) at a time one of the pans drops back down (ie 12 ). Is this normal??
I have 't had the problem of the heat dropping when I use more than one, but I have had one section being noisy.
Hi! I have recently purchased an AEG induction cooktop HK673520FB. I'm finding it very slow to boil (10 mins to boil 500ml water) and when you reduce heat level to 9 or 10 (of 14) it barely simmers. A technician advised it wasn't venting so I've had my kitchen installer change the vent to the required 2mm but it still behaves like this. Is this normal for induction? The salesman said it should boil in 30-40 secs. Any experience greatly appreciated.
