I had this installed in June 2026 and I love that I can control it via my phone. It's quiet and gives me hot water without any fluctuations. Yes, it can heat when the temp is zero degrees outside because it also has a traditional heating element that can be used if needed. Clearly cheaper to use the heat pump option with the heating element off. You can control all this with the app. I highly recommend this unit. Show details ·  1
