Conveniently for them, Many days later I was notified that they would be delivered in a few days time and was given instructions on how to open and record the unboxing process for warranty. One bar stool had blue marks on the upholstery but because the unboxing rules arrived days after delivery we had no recourse to make a claim. The whole transaction was shady from the moment we paid. I would not recommend this company at all.

The delivery was delayed multiple times with excuse after excuse, and in the end it took 5 months for the sofa to arrive. installation was a disaster. The screw holes and parts were poorly made, the instructions were only in Chinese, and the diagrams were completely unclear and useless. The product itself feels extremely cheap and poorly manufactured. On the day of installation, one of the legs broke immediately. Now, after less than two years of use, the backrest has collapsed. This is unacceptable for a sofa at any price point. Looking back, I genuinely believe that around 90% of their Google reviews are fake. I chose this company because of those reviews, and I regret it deeply. When I finally left an honest review, they contacted me asking me to delete it and tried to negotiate with a partial refund instead. Absolutely do not buy from this company. This experience taught me a hard lesson, and I will never consider furniture companies like this again.
I bought Hawker sintered stone dining table but sorry to say that stone table top has chipped in few days of regular use only.I really dont recommend this product and customer care has refused to accept it manufacturing fault.It is not as durable and strong as they advertise.
Extremely happy with our 2.2 metre tv unit. It is everything we hoped it would be and more. The time frame with the delivery was almost spot on, cannot criticise something out of their control. faulty and switched off after 15mins of use and coming up with an error 1 code. They said they would replace the faulty heater box 3months later they have replaced the part with another faulty part. Now there is a very loud buzzing sound when the heater is on and a very strong smell of chemicals .They refused to refund my money and I am left with a faulty product . DONT buy from this company. Extremely negligent and untrustworthy.
Follow-up · I still have a broken Fireplace sitting in my lounge room. They never tried to rectify it. My husband had to open the shipping crate with Pry-bar and hammer. To dispose of the crate we had to bring it to the Tip- which we had to pay. The only thing at this stage that would fix this , is by getting a full refund.

Purchased the green Dingo lounge. Took two months to arrive. No communications about delivery until the day before and if no one was home you had to pay for redelivery. When I've raised this with customer service they kept saying they've checked with the manufacturer and the item we've received is the colour that is on the website. The website is pictures of blonde timber and we've received a Trump coloured imitation.

product I got in touch with company and what they offered was an insult. We continued to unpack the bed hoping that all of it was not damaged and we could somehow use the bed, only to find no instructions to put the bed together. None of the panels were numbered and the 100s of screws provided were all in one bag. We then asked for an instruction manual, which they did send. It was a ridiculous joke. I did ask for a refund and said they could pick up the bed but the company ignored that!!! Don't buy from them you will be very disappointed.

4 days. They keep using delay tactics until item is shipped out providing no way back. This then forcing the item into your possession. No tracking number provided, no shipping company name provided. I doubt the item has been sent. COMPLETELY A BREACH of sales.

funds would be back in the account within 3 days. The table was never in stock when we bought it. We had to get another table, and informed them of this after 7 weeks of waiting. After 2 months, they decided to make up a new policy that what we bought was a pre-sale, and that in case of any refunds, they get to keep 20%. This was never what we agreed to and was not the case prior to us purchasing the side tables. It was nowhere on their website and it wasn't on the receipt they sent. It was also never mentioned on the phone, when they promised us a full refund more than once. So please avoid.
If my bank can't get my money back, I will get the police involved and put in a report.

piece. Once again I contacted Agape and they were very apologetic and eager to resolve the situation. They sorted the problem and put the correct piece on a courier which took a little longer. At no time did I feel abandoned by Agape furniture and I feel they did everything in their power to make this transaction work. Their communication was excellent and the table itself is awesome. 1/11/24 After lots of asking for the refund and taking the sofa back Agape furniture offered me a “ complementary parts to change the broken parts with a DIY video , so I stopped communicating with Agape Furniture and contacted Fair Treading as a next steps in the procedure. So far ( since early August) Agape did not respond, wrote back to fair treading, not ones. My options now, the next step are to taking them to tribunal, to QCAT. Hopefully the court will fix the problem and that company won’t be able to do anything like that to other buyers again.

request, they kept repeating that it's their policy. We eventually got a refund through Commonwealth Bank, but they manipulated the report to take the money back from our account. They forged our signatures on the evidence they submitted and secretly dropped off the item in our garage without our permission, only to take it back after taking a photo. Even the delivery center confirmed that the date on the photo did not match the date they claimed the delivery occurred. They exploited a loophole in the system that allows them to get money from the bank just by showing proof of delivery, regardless of whether the customer received the item. We don’t know where the furniture is, and our money has been stolen. If this isn’t a scam, what is? It's outrageous that such a dishonest company can operate in Australia, manipulating reviews and continuing their business. This business needs to be shut down before more people fall victim

"No refund policy" - no wonder because your products & service is absolutely horrible , if you didn't have that policy you'd loose soo much money.
AVOID! – I waited 5 working days for my order to be processed and still nothing. I canceled my order then was advised of a 20% cancellation fee because I canceled 72 hours after the order was made. Screws ripped out of the wood after less than a month of use and sent them an email and they just told me I didn’t follow the steps properly.
