I had an extremely poor experience with AirPaz’s customer service and refund handling. After a booking issue, I contacted AirPaz almost immediately to request assistance with cancellation, refund, or rescheduling. The ticket was displayed as refundable, but my refund requests were repeatedly declined. AirPaz stated that this was due to airline… Read more

policy and that the cancellation or penalty fees exceeded the ticket value.

When I checked the airline’s own website, the published cancellation window and fee schedule appeared to show that cancellation/refund was available before departure. I also accessed the airline’s refund page, which appeared to show that a refundable amount was available, less standard fees. I provided this information to AirPaz multiple times, yet their team continued giving responses that did not properly address the evidence.

Only after repeated follow-ups, multiple refund requests, screenshots, policy links, and a compiled evidence document did AirPaz finally say the refund request had been received and was being processed by the airline. That should not have required that level of escalation.

My issue is not simply that there was a problem with the booking. It is that AirPaz’s customer service team repeatedly directed me to vague “airline policy” explanations that did not appear to match the airline’s own published information, while failing to take timely action when the matter was urgent.

Based on my experience, AirPaz’s support process was slow, inconsistent, and difficult to rely on. I spent hours compiling evidence, policy links, screenshots, and written explanations before AirPaz finally accepted the refund request for airline processing — something that should have been assessed properly from the start. I would not use AirPaz again.

If AirPaz customer service or management reads this review, please refer to Booking Inquiry 1035821034 and Ticket #1269962. I strongly encourage AirPaz to review how this case was handled, particularly the repeated reliance on vague airline-policy explanations that did not appear to match the airline’s published information. Customers should not have to repeatedly prove that a refund pathway exists before their request is properly escalated.

Summary: - Ticket was displayed as refundable, but refund requests were repeatedly declined. - AirPaz relied on vague “airline policy” explanations that did not appear to match the airline’s published refund information. - I had to provide screenshots, policy links, and a compiled evidence document before the refund request was finally escalated. - The issue was only progressed after repeated follow-ups, despite the matter being time-sensitive. - Based on this experience, I would not use AirPaz again.

AVOID AT ALL COST AND BOOK WITH ANOTHER TRAVEL AGENT. Lion Air have cancelled my flight. Requested a refund via Airpaz website. First refund will take between 26 to 86 days. Secondly, the refund will be processed via a voucher. I have spoken to two agents who first said Airpaz only issue vouchers. When I challenged this because not anywhere on… Read more

their terms and conditions does it say if the airline cancels the refund is issued in vouchers, both changed their story and then said accept the vouchers and then try to get this converted back to your original payment method later with their relevant department. When I asked who that would be they could not tell me. Obviously the agents are trained to say this because once you submit a refund you then have to approve the refund. Once you click the accept button a pop up appears stating that you agree to accepting a refund via vouchers. So why are the agents telling me to approve the refund request and then saying to convert the vouchers back to your original payment method. Totally scam. Also guess what both agents ended my live chat when I asked what their complaint process is. If an airline cancels a flight why should you receive a voucher back in return. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVING CROOKS. I will have to do a chargeback via my credit card. I have taken all the screenshots from our chats as proof what what discussed.

❌ AVOID AT ALL COSTS: Deceptive Practices and Total Lack of Integrity Rating: ⭐ (1/5 – I wish I could give zero) If you are considering booking through Airpaz, do yourself a favor and run the other way. This portal is a nightmare, and their business practices are borderline fraudulent. Here is what happened: Last-minute chaos: Just over a… Read more

month before our trip, they notified us that our flight was canceled and our return flight was shifted by an entire day, ruining our travel plans. The Refund Trap: In their official communication, they explicitly stated we could choose between a "Voucher" or a "Full Refund." We naturally requested a full refund. The Bait and Switch: After we submitted the request, they did a complete 180. They emailed us claiming that their "internal policy" does not allow cash refunds, only vouchers. It is absolutely ridiculous and absurd. You cannot offer a refund option during the process and then claim it's against your "policy" once the customer asks for their money back. They are hiding behind "internal rules" to ignore basic consumer rights. Final Warning: Do not be fooled by their prices. They are scammers who will hold your money hostage with useless vouchers. Save yourself the stress and book directly with the airline or a reputable agency. STAY AWAY! A few tips for your situation: Credit Card Chargeback: Since they are refusing a refund for a service not rendered, contact your bank immediately to initiate a chargeback. Provide the screenshot where they offered a "Full Refund" and then the email where they denied it. Legal Standing: Under most international aviation regulations (like EU 261/2004 if the flight touches Europe), you are legally entitled to a cash refund if the flight is canceled. "Internal policy" does not override the law.

Useless.. Do not use..Zero customer service! – After booking and paying for a return flight from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City. A bag wasn't included on the return trip. Many times couldn't access the App and no reply when called. Though it was a scam and even cancelled my Credit Card and reported to my bank. Re Booked direct with VietJet which was all good. Negative experience – I was searching for flights to book my holiday, Airpaz app gave me an offer of $60 discount, on first time customer.while processing my booking, I keep an eye to make sure the discounts applied to my booking, but it doesn’t. How this scam works – Hi my first painful experience with this scam flight booking company, here is how they scam you , you book a flight, pay in full expecting to get the ticket, then after one or two days they send you an email apologizing for cancelling the first leg of your flight as flight overbooked while confirming the return flight, which doesn’t make sense how… Read more

will you return if your first flight got cancelled, so they hook you, and they offer you a voucher not a real refund, while they know that after this painful experience 90% will just ditch their credit, I got my going flight cancelled while my return flight confirmed, so I had to swiftly go and buy direct from the airline, guess what the flight I booked directly from the airline was exact value and exact time of the flight Airpaz claimed was overbooked, so they simply lied , knowing that you will have to stick with them as the return flight already booked and no money will be refunded, clever scammers, don’t ever use this service, go directly to the airline or a reputable company, I just lost 200 dollars with those guys

No issues at all, cheap and legitimate booking – I booked a flight from HDY to DMK through Airpaz for Lion Air and I received a confirmation email about 5 minutes later with all the booking and airline information fully completed. Scam and fraudulent company. Took my money to book a flight and then cancelled the flight. Told me the refund will be processed in 30 days. The customer service is an AI caller. A very disappointed customer. At least give me the refund in flight credits so I can book another flight rightaway. Now my holiday is all cancelled. Airpaz Code: 1032948691 Show details

Terrible experience with Airpaz. I had to cancel my trip for medical reasons and they asked me for a doctor’s letter, which I provided after weeks of effort. Scam Company – Avoid at All Costs! I had a terrible experience with Airpaz, and I strongly advise against booking anything through them. I purchased a flight over a year ago, but the airline canceled the flight. Instead of issuing the full refund I was legally entitled to, Airpaz only gave me a voucher worth HALF the ticket price. Now that the… Read more

voucher is about to expire, I reached out to them again, only to be met with more refusals and excuses.

They blame a so-called "180-day banking policy" for not refunding me, yet this is not a legal restriction—it's just their way of avoiding responsibility. They refuse to extend my voucher even though they already took my money without providing the service I paid for. Their customer service is completely useless, just copy-pasting generic responses without actually helping.

This company is engaging in shady business practices and violates U.S. consumer protection laws. If you value your money and don’t want to deal with frustrating, dishonest policies, DO NOT book with Airpaz! I will be filing a complaint with the U.S. Department of Transportation and other consumer protection agencies. Stay away from this scam!

Basically a scam - dont ever book here! – Zero stars would be better suited. They cancelled our flight last last minute based on information they had long before and left us scrambling for info, terrible customer service. apparently their systems are so shit they cant refund us after 180 days passed which includes the time they take for issueing the voucher, excluding that time we were well below the 180 days peak. So the longer they take the better.

No good – Much cheaper to book directly through the airline as they have a 570 peso booking fee and i had to reschedule and the fee was over twice the amount of a ticket. Never again. I wish i read their endless 1 star reviews before using their service

Unprofessional no accountability rude and unwilling to help – Please avoid this organization. They are not transparent with information. They are not accurate. I booked a domestic flight but was not told I needed to be at the international terminal. Their processes of of navigating through their website is cumbersome. Go to direct to the airline. These people have no accountability and just push you back to the airline. I wouldn't give them a star

Worst experience ever – Booked home stay through the website but no check in details provided. Can’t contact the house owner as no details (any info) provided, until we called the customer service then only they passed me the owner number next day. And the owner never try to get out contact number, they just sit back and wait. And airpaz told us unable to refund. So it just waste my money. Not a trustable website at all.
