Terrible – Scheduled my delivery two days prior ( as soon as it left the warehouse in Campbelltown) and told them i will be home today between 0900 and 1400 hrs. are and they seem like they do not think anything is wrong with such response. I have contacted the company i have purchased the items from and requested full refund since they have arranged the delivery. Such a terrible experience and i can see I am not the only one.

Picked up in Dandenong on the 21st of Jan and still hasn't arrived – What a crappy courier.Two weeks and still item hasn't arrived. We aren't talking interstate,in this case pick up and destination are less than 100km apart or 45mins drive. Tracking has not been updated since pick up,courier has not responded to email inquiry. Unreliable company. Should change the motto to "Delivering Uncertainty"!! – Paid to send 12 boxes from Melbourne to Perth. The staff promised to deliver on 04/01/2022 to Perth address as I am not home and working away. But to my shock they have left all the boxes with the pallet outside home last week without any communication that they are delivering or delivered. I would have lost all my documents and valuables. Best freight company to deal with – I have been around for a while and this family owned company has superior customer service to any of the the large freight companies. Much easier to deal with and they don't try to rip you off like Star Track, Toll, DHL etc. Show details
Good customer service, easy to reach on phone, and generally reliable delivery – Have used Air Road Direct for delivery of flat packed furniture. So far, no issues with damaged items. Reliable pickup and delivery dates. Quick and friendly service when calling the team. Only negative is that they are a bit pricier than some other courier companies. box, wrapped onto the wooden pallet, on the front door step, taking up the entire width of the doorway so I couldn't get out of the house without literally climbing over it. When I asked if he could take the pallet he said no and that it was part of what I bought. I can't believe in this age of environmental concern that they don't re-use pallets. The delivery guy walked off and when I called out to ask if he could move it back a bit so I could get out of the house, he ignored me and drove off. I had to climb over it to push it in. I have had many large deliveries in my life and have never experienced anything like this before. It was a terrible experience for me and reflected badly on the company I purchased the product from.
Terrible – Had an exercise bike delivered, in a box, and the bloke used a jack and pallet to remove it off the truck. Fair enough, however he then refused to take a pallet back with him, stating the bosses get upset if he returns with the pallet. The pallet was never part of the shipment so now I'm stuck with this freaking thing. He suggested i burn it. WTH. Show details
No communication, Terrible driver – Airroad tracking doesn't update, so you get the initial "Dispatched" email, but the tracking never goes to In Transit or Out for Delivery. for "Door to Door" delivery, nearly $500! My door was about 10 metres from the road, no gate or anything blocking the way. His response was "You can carry". Honestly the worst delivery experience I've ever had.

Damaged my car dragging box to house – Do not use this company. Dodgy delivery driver dragged a huge box over my garden and along my car. watching him remove item from truck and drag trolley backwards over my garden and along my car. I immediately contacted company reporting damage, they called me and asked me to send photos which I did while waiting for my woollies click and collect order so they say that I sent photos from a shopping centre (what difference does that make?). Then made me get a quote wasting even more time. Disgusting driver is a liar and shameful company employees him and then says that I didn't provide any proof he did it. so won't pay Please find a reputable company and avoid these. I will also be complaining to Big W who used this company.
Don’t buy from this company – They send you poorly made clothes and then they don’t do refunds. I bought an expensive dress, and the lining isn’t worked inside the dress. They now don’t want to refund the item. Show details

Stay well clear – High-value shipment made it from sending location to within 15km of final destination in 2 days and has now sat there, in the depot for over 2 weeks!!! No communication, no explanation, no updates, not allowed to pick up from the depot (suspect it's probably someone's garage!) BEWARE! – This company is responsible for delivering my laptop. They have simply refused to deliver it. When I called I was asked to recieve a callback. I never received one. Horrible experience – I ordered puppy food and was expecting delivery from airroad. My tracking said it sat in Sydney for 8 days ( it's still stating its there). call you first, This in itself is absolute stupidity as they don't have a phone number to call so no call no delivery would ever take place. I asked how were you going to call me when you do not have my number met with silence I said can I collect the item from the depot was advised they do not allow depot collection. Customer service is non existent and the female who I spoke to on the phone was rude and clearly has an I don't care attitude.

truck broke down and could not get to us until 3pm. Why couldn’t he have told me this at 10am, rather then lie. I asked them to compensate for the 2 men for 2 hours who waited, but they wouldn’t. I cancelled them and used another company who were on time and half the price.

Delivering certainty? Delivering the product would be a start – The item, an expensive rebounder, was to be shipped from Melbourne to Crows Nest Qld. it certainly wasn't when I used it. When they finally fixed the tracking device after an official complaint by me. All it said was that it had been linehauled to Toowoomba 3 October. Toowoomba is 35 km away from Crows Nest. Various staff members have said that the item was going to arrive on Thursday, Friday, Monday and Tuesday (and now today). Then they told me that it wasn't with the sub contractor they thought it was with and were putting in place a security investigation. The item has now been found but instead of phoning the agent who is doing the delivery to find out an ETA, they are waiting on an email back from them. I have had to make many phone calls about this despite being promised yes we will get back to you, that has only happened once. To add insult to injury, listening to their 'on hold blurb' is the antithesis of what has happened with my delivery.
Just cannot deliver service nor the parcel – Package shipped from Sydney to Cairns 13th June and went back to Sydney from Brisbane on 16th (Cannot explain the reason). Driver got out of his truck saw the damaged bike and drove off, without taking the responsibility/duty of care to report/leaving details to my co-workers, his company, police or leaving details, even though my co-workers
repeatedly were asking him to take duty of care.
Photos have been taken and sent to AirRoad to respond and resolve.
Please respond to this as soon as possible to resolve.
Have spoken to Frank (Project manager for logistics) from your Service team this afternoon and no luck so far.
He assured me that he would get back to me
I will be reporting this the police as a hit and run incident and will follow-up with Air Road to see what is being done to resolve as soon as possible. As I can see in your on-line mission statement that safety is of paramount value and a serious commitment for the company.
I will have to report this to the police as I’m obliged, potentially a serious offence for the driver/owner of the truck & Air Road company.
Big question is what kind of service Air road is providing and values they are actually supporting.
Great service – Organised for Air Road Direct to pick up Queen size Bed and base plus large carton from St Ives NSW to Melbourne.I told them needed by Friday at latest.Driver went Tuesday but weather shocking in Sydney so said come back Thursday. Driver back Thursday afternoon, goods picked up and delivered to my house Friday afternoon in perfect condition. Great reasonable price. Will definately use again. Well done Show details
