Would give them a Zero if I could ! – This site is an absolute con & should be banned - along with Aireycloth ,Floryday etc etc ( probably all owned by the same scammers ). I ordered 5 tops that looked fabulous in the photos. You guessed it ! them all to our local charity shop. The other thing is : if you want a refund, not only do you pay for the return postage, but they only offer you back 50% of the purchase price or a credit ( as if I would want to buy from them again ! ). Even this is fraught with danger , as I read in the other reviews that no-one has actually received a refund, in spite of returning the shoddy goods.
Refund – They have cute tops but I will not purchase anything from them anymore. The tops were to small so I sent them back in September 2021. I have not received my refund from them. No kind of communication from them at all. Not happy. Rosalyn Show details

DO NOT BUY – I ordered 4 dresses all in XL, their own chart shows that XL has a bust of 108.9cms, my 4 dresses ranged in bust size from 92cms to 98cms, I couldn't even put them on. I know that 1-2cms difference is acceptable but, 92cms instead of 108.9???? The purple/grey dress isn't the same material or hem style that I ordered it's a cheap cotton shift with white material sewn onto the hem, not like the pic at all. Show details
Don't waste your money – Don't waste your money. Product looks nothing like advertised photo. Material so thin and see through it is unwearable. Belt arrived damaged. Cheap and nasty disgusting clothing that belongs in the bin. Trying to contact support is also difficult. 14 day return policy makes you pay for postage which is ridiculous considering the product is technically faulty. Show details

Waiting for refund – I too purchased two dresses. When they arrived on 3rd August there was nothing wrong with the product except they did not suit me. I went through the correct channel to return, this I did on the same day (3rd August 2021) through their preferred method of return. on 30th August, I am still awaiting a refund...I cannot get an answer from them as to when this will happen......I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!! Scammers do not buy – Ordered daughters dress 2 months later still waiting. Have contacted the company several times all I get is sorry just keep waiting emails. Tracking did work then didn't. Now I have asked for a refund. Doubt this will happen. Do not I repeat do not buy from this site.

Bad experience with this company wouldn't recommend anyone! – I wasn't satisfied with their service, the dress i purchased with the postage was $32.94 when it was delivered it was too small in size, tried to return it at the post office I was asked to pay extra $9.20 for returning and on the email it said free return, there's nothing like that now I'm stuck with the dress, i wasted my money and time. Airy cloth is a scam – Just received a dress from airy cloth. It is the ugliest dress I have ever bought. Nothing like the picture. Colour nothing like the photo. Length is just below my knee and should be a maxi. The back of the dress is stitched to the seam in the wrong place and does not sit right. undershirt was a polyester jersey material like a singlet and not the flowing silk looking one in the photo. I've thought about sending them back but the reviews suggest I won't get my money back so I'll just cut my losses and wear them around the house. Don't buy from Airydress!!
Not like photos – Delivery time reasonable. Ordered medium and got poor quality copies of dresses in photos - any Nana would love them. Not at all as photo indicated. Lace/embroidery details were only printed on thin polyester and not real at all. Show details

Don't go there – I purchased 3 items from Airy. Items were advertised as 3 for $39 which I thought was a pretty good deal. Items came to $46.03 without postage which they took from me. quality of goods and service – Two incorrect sizes received, a further one described as pink was orange. Postage to Australia was $25 which was excessive. The quality of materials are incredibly poor. The returns process is still an ongoing nightmare and no return label was provided so have to pay to return everything myself I would not recommend to anyone and the only reason they score a one star is because it could not be left blank. Not worth any star – They took pictures of beautiful clothes from other stores and put on their online store to attract you to buy from them. Then they send you poor imitation of these clothes. total of 7 dresses and only 2 are just acceptable. The clothes have such bad materials (not to say the different design and pattern) that I would not wear them. The materials are like materials for raincoat and you can’t possibly wear them in hot summer. Their shipping costs are high also. Airydress answered my complaint saying that “We always do our best to make sure that the fabric used for our product is of high quality, which has already been proved by the positive feedback of our customers throughout the world. But we can understand that different people have different views. Besides, the standards of commonly used fabrics are also different from place to place.” Do they mean that the standards of fabrics in Australia are poor like those they are using? They have some positive reviews in another consumer review website and this website does not require proof of purchase from the reviewers. These reviews are questionable. I found only productreview.com.au is the genuine consumer review website. Don’t buy from Airydress. It’s a waste of money!
