My hot water hose for this tap is leaking from the bottom connector (just above the lock nut). Where can I find a replacement hose because the bit that screws into the tap end is much smaller than the ones I can find online
My tap drips at the cartridge. To stop it from continuously dripping I have to let it run hot & then close it in that position. It stops dripping then. I assume that I need a new cartridge, is there a replacement or do I need to replace the tap?

The black hose has come out and is spurting water everywhere and when I push one end in the other comes out. Anyway of fixing this apart from buying a new tap? Not happy as the mixer is only 6 months old.

Problem is not your pipes. The hammering is caused by the tap it’s self / the mixer valve fails and the bit that comes off lodges in tap causing water flow problems including hammering. To fix just remove valve and remove broken bits and reassemble mixer valve back to normal operation . Note this fix only temporary as mixture after a while will fail again. So looking to see if a replacement mixer valve is replaceable. If not new tap needed?
The black hose has come out from the base of the tap when I have switched on the tap and spraying water out. I cannot find my manual and do not know what to do. Can you please help me

Purchased a 78181taus and installed successfully following difficult modifications to sink. Problem is very poor pressure. Is there a flow restrictorthat can be removed??
Apparently there is 2 It does state on the box not suitable for low pressure systems too.
Thanks Matt, can't get to the one in the tap body, any clues?? Can get handle off but rest does not want to unscrew!! Does aldi or product service respond to these posts??

I have the model 78182TAUS, and today after cleaning the tap the rubber hose came out from the bottom of the connection to the chrome base. I do not know how to fix or stop this from happening as I cannot find my manual. Can anyone help?

No, the button are for switching from normal to rinse mode
Does the neck of the tap swivel from side to side as well as pull out? Would it be suitable for a double kitchen sink or a laundry where it needs to be swivelled out the way for buckets (or a pet)?
Yes, it can go side to side. I think it suit all kind of sink as it is very flexible. I'm using it on my big 1m wide sink without any problem. The only problem of this product is the water will be running very slow if you did not remove the 'safe water valve'.

If you remove the valve the warranty void... Just making sure you think about it.

Hi , tap starting to drip. Want to change washer . Have taken off hot / cold handle but can't work out how to remove, and don't want to break.
Hi Rob, you need to make sure the metal pipe are in place tight enough to prevent the water leak from the top part of the body. You do not need to open the handle to access it, those handle area are for filtration filter cartridges. All you need to do is take off the sprout, then try to take off the rubber pipe. After you see the metal pipe, turn it anti clockwise to remove the pipe. Then you will see a white valve, remove it and place everything back then you are good to go.
